INTRODUCTION
In a human, there is certain kind of nature which he\she follows and there are certain
things which always have the scope of improving and thud for that personal development skills
and the plan are being included (Genesee, 2006). This kind of plan is being utilised for bringing
the quality within life and the activities which are being carried out as well. PDP is the method
which gives aspirations and thus helps in evaluating strengths and weaknesses of our own and
thus support the research activities. Moreover, certain other areas will be present in which
objectives will be attained effectively.
TASK 1
Within an individual, there are specific factors which has the need of bringing some kind
of improvisations so that they can have access to the betterment. In a life span of an individual ,
there are two factors in which he\she lives and those are personal and professional ways. There
are certain plans which are being made for having the positive modifications within the personal
life (Jordan, 1997).
This can be obtained by conducting research on oneself and collect the data which has the
potential of making the difference and thus give results. This kind of procedure does not have
limitations up-to data gathering the effectual factors which in turn can mainly be extracted and
have better form for accomplishing the objectives (Means, 1991).
STRENGTHS  Major quality which I have acquired is
the communication skills and this kind
of skill has given me the potential of
resolving issues in personal and
professional life. In current situation
there are various kind of circumstances
which generates the situation and helps
out in enhancing the expertise of
critical thinking.
 Along with this, I somewhat posses the
skill of administrating and taking
decisions. This mainly states that the

WEAKNESSES  Due to ineffective coordination,
sometimes I mainly face the issues in
communication and thus working
within team. This lead to be
unsuccessful in completing wants and
needs. There are abilities which in turn
can influence the profession in various
aspects.
 Along with the communication, I do
not have much patience power which
sometimes create the issues in negative
manner. Sometimes this kind of
situation creates the negative impact
upon the mindset and goodwill as well.
 Abilities of the critical thinking is not
so good and thus it is being showed by
not undertaking the exercises and
uncompleted research. There is not

me in business decisions.
SMART OBJECTIVES: -
S: Tools and techniques can be adopted by me in order to bring improvisation within the level of
performance.
M: Certain skills and level of communication along with personal skills which I use in
communicating with other people around me. This will help in gaining general knowledge and
will also improve the services.
A: These certain areas can mainly be improved by bringing modifications within the research for
the marketing as well and thus acquire the tools of marketing.
R: Changes can mainly be bought by which the skills of issues resolving can be polished for
opportunities and have better level of management (Mounce, 2010).
T: There should be a deadline which is being set for improving the skills where I am not so good
about so that everyday tasks will not be prioritise over the long term goals.

notes, data can mainly be integrated from many of the sources, lectures which in turn can be
challenging. There are certain things which can be utilised for exploring the note taking methods

Therefore, an individual like me can learn this kind of skill in better and effectual manner
