INTRODUCTION
Academic research as well as writing plays very significant role in the overall knowledge
and development of both student and teacher. It has also been said that regular based practice

towards the overall development. The current report is categorized into two parts where first
section is associated with research report and another part is all about reflective report. In first
part, detailed information is given on three research area which consist of a journal article on
UBER, a business case study on Virgin Galatico and research project given by The Craft of
Research. In this, whole description is related about the interesting facts identified by
investigator whereas second section includes a reflective report which consist of the growth as
well as development of an individual's skill.

communication skills. Overall this is the module which assist me in order to improve and
develop my academic and professional skills which not only going to aid me in scoring higher
academic scores but also help me in getting success in a quick and effective manner.

conduct more accurate and effective research in near future. In this, strong command over
