INTRODUCTION
There are possibility that person gets affects with the change in plans and policies. To
make good existence in society, person has to perform actions to sharp their strengths. It is
essential to work change in policies and then this can be effective with in-taking new learning
which help them to improve perform their personality. Person has to keep in mind weaknesses
also so they can work to overcome them. In this report there is discussion about SMART
objectives, information which help person to perform daily activities ion effective and better way
(Best, Miller and Naglieri, 2011). Plan through which proper knowledge can be gained, personal
skills which can be done with effect to current requirement.
TASK 1
While learning new thing it is essential to know what are shortcomings and how it can be
improved. I have different aspects related to dealings happening in society. There are many
changes which are taking place due to flexible nature. In today's era, it is essential that person
makes competent to others. There are various policies which has to be undertaken to improve
personality, this can be done with the help of learning new means through various options. But
before it is necessary that they must have knowledge about weaknesses.
I want to tell here about my various skills such as personal, academic. These are
important to deal with various changes happening in society. As per changes in quality of person.
They have to work to get positive outcomes out of it. I am ready to welcome new ideas. Through
which activities are equally compatible. For academic skills, I have good learning skills, which
help me to learn new ideas through use of I can achieve targets. I want to sharpen my
presentation and communication skills through which I can contact with many people and
present my views in front of others.
PERSONAL AUDIT
Personal audit helps to know about strength and weakness. It also tells about activities
which can be fear in current scenario, so they have to be considered (Bozeman, Fay and Slade,
2013). This helps to work in analysing market and then take actions to improve or polish them.

 I have good technical background which help me to solve small problems.

 I can study more further through which I get change to explore more,.
 There are various online certification courses through which value addition to personality
is possible. To get positive results I can get out of city to learn new ideas.
THREATS
 As there is requirement of new ideas to perform study related activities. Competition in job as well as studies.
SMART Objectives
I want to perform enhance by presentation and communication skills. This helps to
enhance knowledge which is compatible in current date. There are different ways through which
I can help it with various sources such as interacting with people, online video, etc.
S- Specific: Above mentioned aim to improve presentation and communication skills. This is
specific in terms and this helps me to perform further studies effectively (Brown, Wolski and
Richardson, 2015).
M- Measurable: This measure is measurable when improvements are made.
A- Achievable: Yes, this targets is achievable as improving communication is easy to leran.
T- Time Bound: I sharp my presentation and communication skills in 6 months.

TASK 2
Note taking is the activity through which person can able to summarized and sorted them
in effective way. It is important because through this study can be performed in efficient way. It
is essential that person must keep study material properly and which is important for related
purpose. While in class with writing, it is essential to listen properly and grab it. Study material
which is collected from various sources musty be authentic and helps to perform actions
effectively.
Through group discussion I can enhance many knowledge and this helps to know what
can be performed to get knowledge about current environment (Bryman, 2016). Reading helps to
understand which helps to know through which they can be done in effective way. Reading helps
to enhance knowledge. But at the same tine it is essential that books, articles must be authentic,
with which I can understand mind set of popular person.
Paraphrasing: Paraphrasing is technique through which I can learn new ideas which are
part of my topic. In paraphrasing I have to explain same information with change in words but it
is essential to keep meaning same. This technique basically used for writing information
(Schindler, 2011). There is improvement in word bank of person with paraphrasing. Sometimes
in educational institutions plagiarism is also tool which helps to reduce chances of copying. In
this if more that 15% data is copied then this is detected by this software.
Summarised information: This is the way to highlight bullets of whole books or article.
It is essential that in current scenario, to make good image summarised information is best way.
E.g. when I want to share my views in front of people, then in this case I must write whole data
in small paragraphs. This removes confusion and its main aim is to focus on those important
information. In books or newspaper information is provided in bulk but at the same time if
person sorted it to small ideas, then it is easy to learn and deliver to others. Through summarised
in formation I can explain basic concept effective and then provides me chance to make good
impression in front of others (Cormier and Hagman, eds., 2014). Summarised information is one
of the best technique through which I can grab knowledge. This is effective for telling our views
more confidently.
TASK 3
There are various measures which has to be taken to achieve targets. There is requirement
of various research which help them to perform actions in positive way. There are possibilities

that due to irrelevant for essential purpose. There are various alternatives which has to be
considered.
Research plan-
there are various sources through which aims can be achieved. It is essential that
company has to analyse market and select source through which targets can be performed
effectively and efficient manner. In research plan, there is discussion about appropriate steps. It
is effective for making actions in exact order (Daley and Birchwood, 2010). Due to change in
plans and policies, there are factors which has to be considered and then actions must be taken
accordingly. Steps of research plan is as under-
 Initially, I will focus on problem which I am facing. It is essential that problem must be
genuine and effective for performing studies. I am facing problem in communication.
 After analysing problem, it is essential to know what has to be done through which
positive results can be get. To improve communication and presentation I can use online
source, coaching centres, various course for developing confidence, etc.
 I will analyse methods through which I can sharp my communication skills. In this step,
it is essential that option ah to check what has to be done through which they can apply in
daily routine. Costly and time are the main factors which has to be checked and this helps
to judge what can be done (Rossi, Wright and Anderson, 2013). It is important to use
source which provides most convenient for current knowledge.
 I prefer to use online course through which can can learn new techniques and this
provides me current knowledge. Apart from this I will use my personal skills through
which I can learn practical knowledge. There are various factors such as interacting in
group, taking part in group decision, seminars and conferences, etc. are some practical
approaches which has to be considered with online medium (Grimaldi and et. al., 2011).
Online course provides me certificate of diploma in communication development which
adds some good impression in front of others.
 I will take review of this plan, so at last positive outcomes can be achieved. In case of
negative outcomes, it is important to take actions for positive results.
Research is one of the important concept which has to be considered. Broadly, there are
two methods of conducting research such as primary and secondary.

Primary research- This is the source which is most reliable in collecting information.
There are various changes which has to be considered in this. In primary research I have to
collect information from various experienced person to know which method is most relevant. In
this their personal experience can be known and queries related to certain source can also be
resolved.
Secondary research- This is source in which information is collected from previous
displayed data (McWilliams and Allan, 2014). There are possibilities that if data is old, then this
is of no use. To use secondary it is essential that person must have experience of related field.
This data is collected from specified number of group and this data differs as per perception of
person.
TASK 4
Personal development plan is one of the effective approach which has to be undertaken to
know relevance and growth rate of learning program. This is measure through which I can know
what improvements can be done to attain objectives. There are possibilities that due to less
results in actual performance as compared to standards, this can be known with the help of PDP
plan. This plan tells about time boundation of learning.
Action plan is similar to personal development plan. This talks about use of appropriate
measures, so this can be done in effective way. While learning new things there are possibilities
of negative results, then planning must be done to get positive results. There are various factors
which has to be considered while planning this action plan. This is prepared after PDP plan to get
positive outcomes (Murdoch-Eaton and et. al., 2010).
