Beside this, a personal and professional development plan has been made which ensure career
growth and success of individuals.

It is necessary for individuals to recognise their strength and weaknesses as well as future
opportunities and threats so to attain career goals and objectives in the best possible manner. The
way through which individuals use their skills and abilities make achievements as much as
possible. At this time, people also have to aware about the elements which supports to grow and
development thus, there must be developed best strategies, as it paves the ways to success.
