The purpose of the report is to reflecting the personal achievement for the continuous
improvement. Also, preparing the personal development plan in order to demonstrating
awareness of referencing.

Adapting the new technology
The issue is related to the adapting new technology in order to increases the competitive
advantages on the professional or personal level because when the technology change the
company as the whole. There are need of adapting high technology for the purpose of looking
effectively change so that it can help for anticipating the time of employees (Rodak and Hanson,
2021). Also, the technology used by company is different according to their own purpose there
are some of the major issues which can be seen under issue is related to the high costs and it
needs training for employees.
Technology is one of the most important parts of our basic life but at the same time for the
business purpose it boosts with the help of advancement also there are all the product and
services are depended on the ability of the market. It helps to improve strategies because it is the
most workable when digital technology improves the hiring process and increase the visibility of
the firm. Also, it helps to provide accurate statistics that is help for providing monthly record
which are necessary in the business decision (Yang, Li and Chen, 2018). All the metrices are
provide accurate data of production, sales and marketing growth of the company. At the essential
stage it can be analysed that there is massive amount which are help for improving the decision
making that can easy to make reports for further process of planning. Along with this,
technology advancement is help to increases the income generation that are directly related to the
business purpose. When the technology getting old it affects the productivity but when the firm
focus on adapting new one it helps to improve all the process and it also help to improve the
technical skill of the employees (Cozzolino, Verona and Rothaermel, 2018). Further, it has been
analysed that there are help for easy the communication process via digital technology a large
number of customers can contact within a second on the basis of any post or stories.

On the other hand, there is negative impact of adapting new technology because first of all it is
high in cost that is not possible for every organisation to adopt that kind of technology. Also, it
changed very fast and every year it needs to be upgrade and the installation cost is very high
which cannot be bear by small firms. Another negative aspect is to hacking and stealing the
business data that are the common problem of any business also because of this reason there are
failures of business sue to hacking research, plan or strategies (Yang, Li and Chen, 2018).
Competitors can make advantage of it which can be affect the project idea or face loss. Further,
when the organisation keep updating at the end it totally depend only on technology which can
affect the traditional technique of working. Also, it decreases the creativity of workers who have
more skill which can improve the productivity by new technology. Sometime technology waste
the time because it creates confusions while working because everyone has their own view point
over the purpose of doing business. There are so many employees who are learnt the technique
of run the machine but at some point, when someone left the firm can affect the whole company
because everyone was only depend on the one person. At that situation the new team hire by the
company so that it helps other to learn the technique (Kiffli, Abdillah and Saari, 2021). Also,
again it needs high cost for training to the employees and it waste the time of teams.
It has been concluded that adapting to new technology affect the organisation in positive and
negative aspects but technology played important role in our daily life as well as business
purpose because there are all the activities are depended on the technology for the business such
as accounts department are research all the data which are help for providing the accurate result.
The accurate statistic got by digital technology that are important for the purpose of
organisations. Also, there negative aspect presented in the report such as it is expensive to adopt
new technology that impacted the business in the near future. Also, it needs training and
development session which are time consuming. For the near future implication technology will
help for digitisations that decreases the labour work and increase machine work. The production
process will become very easy to adopting new technology and it helps to fulfil the demand of
the customer (Karunathilake and Witharana, 2021). Further, it helps to adopt the technology
which are helpful for amazing start-ups that are increases the innovation in upgrading
technology. The communication process will be better and employees getting updating according
to the machine. Further, the learning capacity of the person are impacting positive on the society

in order to collaborative and interactive for better engaging with material so that it can provide
better accessibility to the resources.

Reflection
From the above report I have learned about the academic skill which is very important for the
student also it helps to enhance my knowledge and skill. I have learnt academic writing on the
basis of particular topic, there is a sequence followed in the report for cover all the aspects of the
topic also the language used for writing is easy to understand by the people who will read it out. I
have used good vocabulary that enhanced my knowledge of understanding increase the
adaptability of learning new words (de Schepper, Sotiriadou and Hill, 2021). These words are
use in further reporting also I have used Harvard referencing in order to enhance my academic
skills also I have learnt the method of searching from the google scholar then I selected recent
reference so that it can match my project. Further, I have cited all the references which were
necessary for the report on the basis of Harvard refencing format.
These basic learning are important for me because it help in further University where this kind of
project will made by me before this project, I didn’t have idea about writing for the report so that
this project helped in further enhanced my knowledge by learning new word or also I learnt
grammar from the topic which are necessary to learn for me. This module helps me in achieve
the aim of university while having competition of writing I would be confident about. Furthers, it
can be encouraged me for becoming the efficient learner also now I can participate in fully
English-speaking courses after the graduation so that it will help for increasing the academic skill
for writing (Behforouz and Frumuselu, 2021). I can present the report on the basis of
presentation as well so that it will underpin the most complex skill which are necessary for
further education and in the critical thinking and the reflective practice.
According to the study I can realised that there are different types of steps I have taken
for the report on the basis of skill and knowledge for experiencing in the future career. Also, I
have improved my communication skill by gaining additional skill such as report writing and
problem solving for achieving the goal in order to increasing the confidence. This will help for
critical thinking and will also help in the note- taking. In post-graduation all these skills were
necessary for the project and vocabulary are help to increase my knowledge in English. From the

referencing style it helps to increase the academic skill of research and at the time of foundation
there are necessary to develop the knowledge. It is help for increasing the personal growth for
growing for the individual knowledge. Also, I have learnt the time management skill that are
important for the student in order to prioritise the work according to the its nature of the project.
I also get the idea of how to select the related topic for the assignment that are important for
reporting.

more analysing and researching on the academic writing.
