INTRODUCTION
In business and business environment micro and macro factors plays very important role
to collect accurate insights and knowledge in organisational growth and enhancement. In micro
environmental factors consist of suppliers, resellers, customers and competition. In macro
environmental factors consist of demographic forces, economic factors that plays major role in
organisational growth. It also elaborates the role of individuals in managing different issues or
concerns of organisation.
MAIN BODY
Identify and discuss the micro and macro environmental factors that are driver of change in
global business environment.
In an organisation various factors and attributes plays major role in organisational growth
and some of them hinders self interest of organisation. While deal in global business
environment organisation have to deal with many circumstances or situation. These issues or
concerns arise in organisation when they not pay proper attention on each and every factor of the

organisation. In order to firm have focus on both micro and macro factors that are path of success
for an organisation. In micro factors consist of internal structure of the organisation in which
employees, suppliers, competitors includes which directly contributes in organisational growth
and enhancement (Junttila and de Sauvage, 2013.). The customers that are biggest part of
microeconomic and impacts on business and it is fact that by knowing taste and preferences of
consumers an organisation can not operate in proper manner and can not maintain sustainability.
According to competitors steps organisation have to build or produce products and appoint
employees that are capable enough to cope up according to demand of business. In micro
business environment organisation have to keenly observe each and every aspect that deliver
values and enhance in productivity of the organisation. According to level of competition
organisation have to adopt various channel of distribution so that firm can access to large
consumer base (Landskron and et.al ., 2014.). All these factors directly affects each and every
aspect of organisation and emphasis on to bring change in organisational works and
proceedings. In macro factors consist of political, social, environmental and legal factors that
directly influence each and every aspect of organisational works and procedures. While deal in
different nations organisation have to keenly study changes that occurs in these factors and how
can it affect to business. Such as in USA capitalism and free market that affect and forces to
bring changes in internal structure of organisation. Due to economic recession organisation have
to lower down their prices that is also one of the factor that bring changes in firm. Consumers are
very demanding and conscious enough so that macro factor of environment emphasis to
organisation to build product according to organisation demand and needs. Hence all factors are
interrelated to each other and forces to adopt changes (Vecchiato, 2012.).
Reason behind the importance of an individual and organisations to manage
responsibility,sustainability by solving ethical, social and cultural issues.
Organisation build with efficient employees that majorly contributes in organisational
development and enhancement. While deal in multinational level people from different
backgrounds come in organisation. When individuals come from different backgrounds they
faces various issues or concerns in which ethical, cultural or social issues that hinders self
interest of organisation (Gouldson and Murphy, 2013.). In case of issues individuals plays
major role to resolve so that they can focus on their main aspect. Such as when people come
from different backgrounds they are unable to understand emotions, behaviour and their

Sustainability is one of the important aspect that are necessary for organisation to retain in
market by grab opportunities and enlarge business share. To gain sustainability organisation have
to maintain a healthy culture in which every one understand their own roles and responsibilities
and can give their best in organisational development and enhancement. In social issues consist
of people have different norms and values and people sometimes not able to understand the
concerns that face by an another individual so in that case individuals plays major role in giving
their fair recommendations and try to find out root cause of problem and give their major
contribution in resolving issues or concerns and coordinate with others. Every organisation have
to be concern over anti discrimination laws and regulations because it harms the self respect of
organisation and hinders self interest of organisation (Johnson, 2014). In order to resolve the
issues or concerns individual contributes in giving feedback and helps to other employees in
understanding their troubles and how they can reach at root cause of problem and find out each
pros and cons of issue and evaluate findings of the problem and how can it should be resolve. In
order to organisation have to maintain sustainability level in organisation important knowledge
and information should be deliver in proper way so that employees feel assure and if unsafe
working conditions arise in organisation they can easily communicate with their authority and
can give positive working condition to their employees in which they can give their best efforts
in achieve organisational goals and objectives . To resolve issues or concerns proper
communication between employee and employer must require so that they can easily understand
to each other and contributes in organisational growth and enhancement.

From the above report it has been concluded that to achieve success organisation have to
understand each and every factor that associate with the business. While deal in international
market organisation have to understand factors that majorly contributes and affect. In an
organisation various issues or concerns arises in that aspect individuals and team of individuals
contributes to give their contribution in making sustainability and beat their competitors.
