analyse their academic skills to develop and enhance them for personal development. Personal
development plan is a framework that helps an individual to reflect their identity skills and plan
actions to within timeframe to attain them.

Personal development is a process of individual learning thereby engaging an individual to
learn skills that can fulfil the challenges and the goals of the life. Personal development is

2017). The aim of personal development for an individual is to enhance and develop the skills
that can deliver the outstanding performance in the personal life and professional life. Time
management good communication skills presentation skills are some of the key methods for the
personal and professional development. Professional development is the improvement of skills
and knowledge during the job by training and development sessions and through peer viewing.
The continuous development of personal and professional skills help an individual to attain
desired goals of the life and it also to build an exceptional personality that can provide an
individual and opportunity to outshine. Any shortcomings in the personal skills can be turned
into opportunities by developing a personal development plan that identify those weaknesses and
set them as goals to overcome them within a time (Pugh and Broome, 2020). Hence personal and
professional development is a way by which individual can nourish their existing skills qualities
capabilities knowledge and develop new ones in order to deliver outstanding performance which
is crucial for the better future and career growth.

adopt largest changes in the life. I personally develop short term goals to enhance my personal

term goals it is very important to successfully set goals and then be responsible and committed to
achieve them. For me short term goals are highly important to boost my personal and
professional life and to increase the productivity in my working style. The short term goals also
help me to game success and support for my long term goals. to attain short term goal it takes
maximum year. Short terms goals are highly valuable to me as accomplishing them in a timely
manner boosts my motivation and provide me clear direction and also increases my productivity
