INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are the desired skill set which are been possessed in the field of
education by an individual to succeed in its target goals. It includes the attributes like critical
thinking, digital knowledge, analytical and logical reasoning as well as languages and other
factors which are required by an individual to possess the academic success in its field. It is a
time extensive process that requires dedication, hard work and commitment (Fuhs and et.al.
2014).
It is a process where an individual assesses his/her own achievements, possibilities,
qualities and place with other people to get an idea about its own strengths & weaknesses. A
regular self-assessment is a major influencer on the behaviour of an individual. Self-evaluation is
a process based on the person’s goals and demands as well as extent of difficulty involved in
achieving those goals (Baker, and et.al., 2015). So, a person’s aspirations and its capabilities
should be in an interrelation with each other. Any sort of difference in these factors may lead to
incorrect assessment which may cause anxiety and stress in a person.

B. Personal SWOT analysis
Personal SWOT analysis can be conducted to analyse my own strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats to have a detailed assessment of my work and to find any scope of
improvement needed (Fernandes, 2016). Personal SWOT analysis is as follows:

I will be taking various measures to overcome my weaknesses that can affect me
personally and professionally such as I can opt for a job or task with a multitasking approach and
in a team, project which gives me a fair chance to show my skills (Lim, 2017). I will also work
upon my focus to work on a single task or job for a longer period. Apart from this, I can also put
on my efforts to improve my skills other than IT to widen my spectrum of work (Bohari, Hin,
and Fuad, 2017). Likewise, I can also work upon getting the internal motivation to perform a
task rather than seeking external motivation and taking initiatives to work by myself.

Effect of BREXIT on self evaluation

 A trade organisation is a unit that is a group of various companies, businesses &
associations that a country create to maintain a free trade among different organisation &
countries to improve its economy. BREXIT was interested in them because after getting
separated from the EU, it needs the trade unions to run businesses & trade in its country
& improve its economy.

 We are focusing on the financial condition of the BREXIT after its separation from EU.
This partition has caused a major impact on the functioning of the trade in UK as now
countries which are part of EU can't be perform trade freely after BREXIT (Knight,
McKissick and Saunders, 2013).
 Our report will show a brief account of effect of BREXIT on the financial stability, trade
& economy between UK & other EU countries. How BREXIT has affected the trade
relation between various countries & also its deep effect on the economy of various
countries.

1. Key issue faced after BREXIT: Our area of focus is the impact of BREXIT on
the global scale, especially EU countries. The decision of UK getting separated
from the EU has lead a wide negative impact on the economy & trade relations of
UK with other countries. Their economy has faced a major drawback &
conditions are quite unstable. In this case, the constituent countries of EU are
trying to pull back all the ties & trade relations from UK. Thus, this has affected
the business in the country on a major scale (Rabiner, Godwin and Dodge, 2016.).
2. Opportunities for UK: UK has a major opportunity to come back as a major
economic power globally. The newly formed union will formulate the new &
better work & business policies which will allow the workers to perform in a
better way. Also, once getting separated from the EU, UK can now indulge in
businesses & trade practices globally, with countries other than that of EU. It will
give a global exposure to the businesses of UK & will help the country to get
foreign investment & currencies required to stabilize UK's economy (von
Suchodoletz,and et.al., 2013.). Beside this, UK can invite the work force from
other countries to meet its HR requirements which on other hand will improve the
work condition & work environment for the employees in UK. Also, it will give
the better hike to the local businesses at UK. The local traders & trade unions will
also work in a very extensive & open way to meet the economic requirement of
the UK.
3. Problem faced by UK: The major drawback of BREXIT will be that the UK,
after separation from EU will not get an instant economic support which will

affect the micro& macro economic factors which will affect the UK's economy.
For example, the BREXIT will have an impact on the global exchange rates
which will affect the economy & foreign currencies reserve with UK (Bull and
et.al., 2016). Also, it will slow down the speed of businesses & trades to some
extant in UK. We can conclude that, such condition will have a major negative
impact on the work of trade organisation & economy.

1. Effect on HRM: Another area if interest can be the work conditions & HR
management I the economy of UK after the BREXIT. The gradual slowing down
of the economy of UK will affect the businesses in & abroad the UK. The revenue
generation will be very low & this can effect the work environment & culture of
the business. It will bring down the morale of the employees working at UK (Lim,
2017.). It may also happen that government or businesses has to cut down some
jobs to get settle with the economic changes that has occurred after separation
from EU. Besides this, the work relation of a business operational in UK will now
not be related to a EU related firm which will affect the business relations with its
former partner companies.
2. Effect on UK: The import will be more than compared to the export which will
increase the expenses & instability in the economy of UK. Although, such
condition will create an enormous job opportunities for the local as well as the
foreign applicants. Also, it will improve the foreign trade relation of the UK on a
global level which will give a global recognition to the economy of UK on world
level (Fernandes, 2016). The government too can help the foreign investors to
invest in UK which will help to improve the foreign trade relations & also foreign
currency reserve in the country. Work force from various cultural background will
come together to work on a better scale of economic conditions.
3. Implications: Besides this, their will be no restriction on trade & businesses as
were formerly imposed by the EU on UK which will give the employees a better
chance to improve economic condition (Fernandes, 2016). Thus, from this we can
conclude that BRIXIT will have a negative impact not only on economy but also
on the work environment & human resource at UK.

Conclusion:
From the above research we can conclude that the BREXIT had a major impact on the
condition of the UK's economy after its separation from the EU. Although, in the initial phase
the condition of the economy will be not stable but with government policies, support of trade
organisations & global exposure, the UK will come back to its pace & will emerge as a major
economic power in world. The HR & business environment will also be affected but it will also
give rise to foreign investment & expansion of business on a worldwide level. Also, increase in
the global exposure will include the employees from various cultural backgrounds to work
together for the betterment of the economy of UK. Likewise, the trade organisations will also
device some effective trade policies to meet the requirement of the economy of UK.
