Academic skills are the desired skill set which are been possessed in the field of
education by an individual to succeed in its target goals. It includes the attributes like critical
thinking, digital knowledge, analytical and logical reasoning as well as languages and other
factors which are required by an individual to possess the academic success in its field. It is a

countries to improve its economy. BREXIT was interested in them because after getting
separated from the EU, it needs the trade unions to run businesses & trade in its country
& improve its economy.

We are focusing on the financial condition of the BREXIT after its separation from EU.
This partition has caused a major impact on the functioning of the trade in UK as now
countries which are part of EU can't be perform trade freely after BREXIT (Knight,
McKissick and Saunders, 2013).
Our report will show a brief account of effect of BREXIT on the financial stability, trade
& economy between UK & other EU countries. How BREXIT has affected the trade
relation between various countries & also its deep effect on the economy of various
countries.

the global scale, especially EU countries. The decision of UK getting separated
from the EU has lead a wide negative impact on the economy & trade relations of
UK with other countries. Their economy has faced a major drawback &
conditions are quite unstable. In this case, the constituent countries of EU are
trying to pull back all the ties & trade relations from UK. Thus, this has affected
the business in the country on a major scale (Rabiner, Godwin and Dodge, 2016.).
2. Opportunities for UK: UK has a major opportunity to come back as a major
economic power globally. The newly formed union will formulate the new &
better work & business policies which will allow the workers to perform in a
better way. Also, once getting separated from the EU, UK can now indulge in
businesses & trade practices globally, with countries other than that of EU. It will
give a global exposure to the businesses of UK & will help the country to get
foreign investment & currencies required to stabilize UK's economy (von
Suchodoletz,and et.al., 2013.). Beside this, UK can invite the work force from
other countries to meet its HR requirements which on other hand will improve the
work condition & work environment for the employees in UK. Also, it will give
the better hike to the local businesses at UK. The local traders & trade unions will
also work in a very extensive & open way to meet the economic requirement of

jobs to get settle with the economic changes that has occurred after separation
from EU. Besides this, the work relation of a business operational in UK will now
not be related to a EU related firm which will affect the business relations with its
former partner companies.
