Time management is an important process within the organisation as well as in a life of a
student where it help in planning and exercising different systems which are related to
conscious control over the time spent on specific activities. In context of me I also used to
appropriate tools and techniques in order to manage the time in accordance with my academic
course. Management of time help me in achieving my personal goals as well as using an
appropriate system so that I can manage my functioning and achieve the goals and objectives
in a timely manner. In context of conduct business environment there are a number of factors
which are considered by me in to formulate an effective timetable. I used to perform a
particular process which helps me in achieving better results. The first step in the process of
time management is related to creating a master schedule. In context of my current time
system I used to formulate appropriate mark to schedule which help me in reducing the error
as well as mistake of time. And this I used to find the targets according to the requirements as
well as use appropriate structure to formulate functioning where I can quickly access to
number of data and use a particular function (Obdalova, Minakova and Soboleva, 2020).
The second stage involves using an appropriate agent which helps me in performing
by function according to the requirements. And this function I used to record different due
dates of the agenda which I have to cover with a particular schedule of time. This help me in
in improving my schedule as well as computing what time according to the requirement so
that I can improve the functioning as well as increased by abilities to perform that particular
function within the organisation system.
Third step which involve under the time management and used by me is related to
eliminating distraction. In context to this I used to manage my telephonic calls social media
accounts and friends by performing different activities which will help me in removing this
distraction. As a student there are a number of functions which has to be used in order to
manage the social media and friends. Here I use an appropriate system where I formulated
plan according to the requirement and use a social media account only for a particular
duration which will be around 10 to 20 minutes a day. I also used to decrease by visits on
front homes and house full stop in context of this I used to visit my friends phone only for
Sunday which will not more than two hours (Balula, Vasconcelos and Moreira, 2019).
I also used to set different goals for a study session. This is helpful for me in order to
achieve specific goals according to the time limits. This also helps me and performing my
function on day by day basis. Under this, I used to complete my age and are where I used to
perform master schedule in accordance with the planning. Daily goes help me in completing
my sessions as well as bringing effectiveness while studying this module. I also used to start
working on the assignment so that I can easily manage my time according to this
effectiveness of work where I used to perform the task in an appropriate manner. In context
to this there are a number of assignments and test which I used to perform which help me in

scheduling master schedule and performing the agenda in accordance with the requirements.
Scheduling time to start working as well as improving a function will help me in reducing the
stress as well as performing task in an appropriate manner so that I can easily achieve the
objectives. The next step which is involved under this is related to making the project plan.
This is because it helps me in creating appropriate project plan which avoid last minute
panics. An overwhelming amount of work is a common cause of procrastination while
working where are used to divide different task in order to improve my time management as
well as achieve better results while performing this module (Sala and Gobet, 2017).

It is identified that in order to learn number of skills as well as gain appropriate knowledge
from a module, a student requires number of features which are related to define resources in
order to learn in an effective as well as achieve the career objectives (Hosan and Hoglund,
2017). In context to this there are a number of resources which are required within the
module and our guide to different individual so that they can achieve the objectives in an
appropriate manner for the first resource which is required is related to animation where
successive drawing which will create an illusion within the mind of an individual by using
continuous series of sequences will help them in gaining maximum knowledge. This also
helps in presenting conceptual process and phenomena in space so that they can perform their
function and achieve business objectives in an appropriate manner (Munn and Small, 2017).
There are a number of assessment tools which are also required such as forms templates
technology for measuring performance which is guided to the employees. Activity is a lesson
which includes plants design and enables a student to learn the skills and knowledge will also

be identified. In context of performing the functions in an appropriate manner there are a
number of development tools such as a software which help in developing application
platforms for earning and technology based resources such as website learning objects
applications are required in order to achieve better results as well as perform at the module in
an effective manner. These are those particular resources which are required by an individual
in order to perform their functions as well as achieve the objectives while performing within
module. These are helpful in building an appropriate image as well as creating an

I Mr X, in context of this schedule I learn number of things which are helpful to me in
improving my skills and abilities as well as understanding different kind of knowledge
which will help me in my future career. This help me in developing number of strength and
weaknesses where identify functions which can be used in order to understand and
appropriate process (Niessen and Meijer, 2016). It is a respectful journey for me where it
begins from identifying number of opportunities which are related to participating in this
module. In the beginning of this material I faced number of challenges which impacted on
me. The challenges are related to time management work management developing mind-
set according to the environment and various others which I have to overcome within the
core speed of this module. In order to identify there are a number of functions which are
related to uh functioning of me as well as help me in developing my future career
opportunities full the major strength of this module is that it help me in developing
different skills which can be used in accordance to the function as well as managing the
function according to the requirements (Espelage, Rose and Polanin, 2016). And this I have
to identify a number of weaknesses which are related to overcoming the functions and
performing the function according to the requirements so that I can manage functioning.
Under this module I also identified that there are a number of businesses which has to be
overcome by the management in order to make it effective. The major weakness of this
module is that there is lack of certain 80 within the module where there is continuous
changes between the schedules of for teachers as well as other lecturer which impact on the
student performance and lead to delay in functioning. In context to this there are also two
factors which have to be considered and can be helpful in managing functions and
achieving better results of this module. In context to this I will use to develop number of
skills and abilities which help me in performing at my future career where I can identify

moment which impacting the current weather conditions where the human beings are living.

It is related to changes within the pattern of food production rising sea levels as well as
different natural calamities which are impacting on the functions. Climate change impact and
directly on the functioning of organisation and becoming in current issue with the major
focus. There are a number of factors which are causing climate change such as greenhouse
gases as well as various other functions which impacting on the performance of organisations
as well as lead to dissatisfaction among the customer due to rising climate changes (Change,

Climate change is impacting different kind of resources within the human life which include
water soil and various others. It is essential for the governments and various legal authorities
to take effective action so that climate change can be reduced by using appropriate tools and

current issues which is facing the climate changes related to water ph changes to the water
resources can have big impact on the people lives. It is identified that there are a number of

difficulty for water where they are consuming the groundwater which is also declining
continuously. Food is also acting as a function and the climate change where changing food
pattern impact on the climate and weather condition. It is identified that agriculture practices
may be adaptable changes like necessary in temperature water stressed diseases and various
other extreme conditions within the environment which are impacting as a challenge for
farmer as well as putting decline in the food. This is also the issue which has to be
highlighted within the current time in order to attain better results.
One more impact which is related to change with the climate is on health. This is because in
the current time this is becoming a major issue. Human health is available to the climate
change where the changing environment expected to cause more heat stress as well as
increased water borne diseases. Poor quality of air is also impact on health of individual
where continuous changes in the climate conditions can increase the transmission of diseases.
It is also identified that extreme weather conditions can compound number of health AIDS
for a human life as a decreased tendency to live for longer period. One more issue which is
the current time is related to changes in the ecosystem which is also impacted by the climate
change for the it is identified that there are a number of habits which are being modified by

identified that this function requires special care because these issues on the climate change
can impact on performance of an individual as well as future career of organisation. This is
