As per the Bauer and et.al.,(2016) lifestyle choices can impact various health related
issues. some of are created major problems for the individual such as long term disability, high
risk of medical co-morbidities as well as premature death. In individuals lifestyle, some habits
are very harmful for the individual health like smoking habits. This habit can create major
problem for individual health like lung cancer and other type of cancer, coronary heart disease,
chronic bronchitis and other cardiovascular conditions. Physical activity has also been reason of
individual health. It includes sitting for long period that doing slow metabolism which impacts
on blood sugar of the individual and break down body fat etc. that all factors are the symptoms
of the bipolar disorder. It is a serious problem related to mind. In this disease the individuals
mental illness is increased. It is also promote the problem of cardiovascular health. The food that
an individual eat is also affect their health. Individual's fast food habits can bring some disease
like cancer, diabetes and heart disease etc. because regularly eating fast food increases
individual's weight and can bring the diabetes because fast food have sugars and that effect
individual's diagnosis system. Dietary habits is also impact individual's health if they choose
wrong diet in their daily routine like in individual's diet, they eats very low nutrition that enhance
stress, tiredness and their capacity of the work. It also contribute in some illness and health
problems like overweight, tooth decay and high blood pressure and sometimes it enhances heart
deceases. Some individual may include alcohol in their life style that is also impact individual's
health because alcohol effects individual's many body parts like brain, liver and skin etc. some
times choose of nutrition is also impact on individuals health because every person needs
minimum nutrition for living and the choice of nutrition is different from each other. The wrong
choose of nutrition is effected health through increasing stress level and weigh of the individual.
The uncontrollable diet is bring various health issues for an individual. The individual eats the
large amount of food that is not good for their health because their body do not diagnosis so
much food that enhance the health issue. The lifestyle choices of the individuals are directly
impact on their health and that enhance health related issues and various disease(Harris, 2017).

According to O’Keefe and et.al.,(2016) right lifestyle choices is very important in every
individual's life because unhealthy choices of the lifestyle can impact the health of the individual.
Unhealthy chooses like less exercise that melts stress level of the individual and sometimes that
are not controllable by individual and increase the chances of heart disease, increases weight of
the individual as well as lowering blood pressure. Eat so much junk food is also a part of
unhealthy lifestyle like burger and pizza may sound good to change their stress mood but that
impact negatively on individual body overtime because that food have high sodium and fat that
is harmful for individual's health and it enhance the chances of Diabetes and Cardiovascular
Disease. Sleep less is also one factors that impacts individual's health. It enhances heart disease
of the individual. Sometimes sitting on the front television and phone is also harmful for
individuals health(Johansson and Björklund, 2016).The smoking is also the blood and heart of
oxygen and it also affect the growth of plaque in the arteries. Tobacco and drugs is played a
major role in influencing health of the individual as well as well-being and enhance the risk of
chronic diseases. The change in climate is also impact individuals health because the human
body can not accept sudden changes that enhance the deficiency of vitamin D. Drinking liquor
consistently and excessively over a time is harmful for the heart, blood pressure and stroke.
When individual do not care about their body weight that also impact the health of the
individual. Excessive weight and low weigh both are harmful for an individual. Excessive weight
enhance many serious diseases like high blood pressure and sometimes causes of death. Low
weigh rises type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. If the individual includes long sitting period
in their lifestyle that enhance their blood pressure of the individual that all factors are the
symptoms of the Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease. If the individual choose right lifestyle
that help to prevent individual from their health issues(Helgesson and Eriksson, 2015).

From the above module I have learnt many things as my communication skills are
increased. I have also learned about the academic skills how to perform a particular task on time.
As I have also learned about the different lifestyles that can change the individual's health. I have
also learnt about the time management skills that helps me in managing my time . As time
management plays an important part in the study. It helps in developing the confidence in me to
interact to other people easily. I have learned about the mind mapping in managing the time. I
have also learned about the physical style that is used to perform a particular task. Physical
learning styles helps how to present oneself in the audience. I have also learned about the soft
skills that how to talk to other person. I have also learned about the searching information by
utilizing the proper time management. Writing skills is also improved that helps in writing the
research paper in the schools or institutions. Presentation skills is also improved as I have learned
that how to present the study in front of different people and how it makes understandable to
other people(Juyal, Thawaniand Thaledi, 2015).Team building skills is improved as how to work
in a team and the teamwork helps in doing work on time. It also helps in getting work done

effectively and efficiently. As this study is based on the academic skills required to perform a
task. Leadership skill is also important so that the study can be completed on time. As this type
of skill helps in improving the work on time and everyone is clear of its task what to do and not
to do. It helps in taking the opportunities for the project. This skill helps in motivating me to do
effective work while managing the time.
Building network with different people also helps in development. Through networking
different people are connected with each other. Gaining professional network is more important
in doing study through that skills are improved. Through this study many skills are developed in
me that helps to grow more in the future and helps in doing multitasking work. If skills are not
proper the task is not performed properly. From this study I have gained the knowledge about the
work done on the professional basis. Skill development plays an important role in doing any
study. Skills and qualities is must for have to be an academic. As this study is regarding the skills
for academic study for researcher. Time management skills helps in managing the time and to
complete the task. This study help in improving this skill as well as many more skills are inbuilt.
As in present scenario all the work is done digitally that decreases the manual work. I
have learned that how to work smartly instead of doing the manual work that takes more time to
complete the task(Farhud, 2015).Collaboration skills helps in setting into the new environment of
the academic study. From this I have also learnt the technology skills as this skill is necessary
that can help in improve the technological changes in the academic study. This skill helps study
to precise and quality work is done in the academic study. This study reveals that skills are
necessary for doing any research work. I also learned about the innovation and creativity in the
study how to make study presentable.As skills are the necessary part of doing study effective.
Leadership skills helps in improving the work speed and time to manage all the activities of the
business. For growing the skills are required so that easily work is being done. As in this study I
have also learned about the plagiarism that means copying the original content that is written by
the other person and take credit of doing that work at own. Copying content but give credit to the
right person not to take on its own. Proper citation and quotation is to be giving so that the work
is not improper and contains the stolen part from others work. I also learned about to avoid
plagiarism by adding citation into the work. This study also teaches about the lifestyle that can
impact the health of the people. I have managed the time by dividing it into the different task into
