Week 2. Structuring writing
1. Introduction
Britain has leaved the European unit and exist from Britain was termed as BREXIT. It
has affected business of UK to great extent. Present study will focus on issues face by country
after BREXIT and impact of this issue on business of the country. Government, public and
private organizations were the key persons in this issue. Report will highlight impact of BREXIT
on business management (Nugent, 2017).
2. Discussion
Globalization is the big term which gives opportunities to firms to run their operations
across the world. BREXIT was the great issue which has affected the condition of UK to great
extent. It has impact on business in positive and negative both manner. After that new trade
agreement have made by government which has increases imports and export of the firm. By this
way entities are able to earn more profit and expand their business. On other hand due to changes
in regulation initially its economic condition was not good and people have lost their
employment opportunities. BREXIT has created opportunities for the firm because they got
chance to enter into the new market and free trade agreement has improved their business
conditions. BREXIT has given chance to business to globally conduct their business. Now they
have opportunity to trade with other countries as well. By this way they can enter into new
nations easily and can expand their business across the world. This globalization is the major
benefit of BREXIT for organizations. This has enhanced employment opportunities in the
country. By this way people now having good income sources and they can live their life easily.

Document Page
From the discussion it can be concluded that BREXIT has initially affected the economic
condition of the UK but later on it has created positive situation for the business those which are
operating in UK (Archick, 2016).
3. Discussion
Organizations of UK has been greatly affected by BREXIT. It is essential for the
company to manage their business well so that they can smoothly run their operations.
Population have lost their jobs which was another main issue of BREXIT. Due to leaving EU
from Britain has initially negatively impact on business unit. Firms was not having trade
agreements with other nations because earlier trade agreement shave been broken by Britain. It
is because people were not having income sources and due to which economic condition of the
nation was badly affected. But Brexit has supported later on the government in making new trade
agreements with other nation. This has supported the organizations in managing their operations
well. They got chance to import or export business with other nations. It has increased revenues
of the firms to great extent. But after that new investors have invested in the nation and new
business got developed which has increased employment opportunities in the UK. Organizational
management has been improved after Brexit because now companies were able to expand their
business, it has raised employment opportunities in the nation. By this way now people are
having sufficient income sources and import and export business are working well which give
rise to foreign currency. But due to BREXIT country has faced problems of increasing conflicts.
From the discussion it can be concluded that BREXIT has increased positive situation for
the Britain and now it has strong connection with developed nation and have made free trade
agreements. By this way import and exports firms are able to expand their business sin other
countries.
4. Conclusion
From the above discussion it can be concluded that BREXIT has affected the condition of
UK to great extent but somehow effective regulations and free trade agreement has supported in
improving its condition again. Companies have got opportunity to globally work and enter into
new market. Apart from this management of firms have been improved by this Brexit issue
because now firms were getting more opportunities to trade with other countries. Britain should
make new free trade agreement with other nations also so that its economic condition can be
improved more (Nugent, 2017).

Week 3: Written analysis of data
Brexit has increased mergers in the nation and due to which initially spending power of
consumers were decreased. Condition of UK has become more strong after some time
The graph is focusing on spending power, capital expenditures, hiring etc. This data is significant
because by this way overall company's performance can be measured effectively. Purchasing
power of consumers can help in measuring sales revenues of the organizations. The major
difference in performance of the firms were that after BREXIT entities are able to expand the
business but before that they were restricted to conduct operations in limited areas only.
Government of nation should make effective legislation through which new investors can take
more interest in UK and domestic firms can enhance their business.
