Introduction
There are several children who are forced to work in the age of learning and enjoying
life. The force to work for such children can come from the families in their deprived situation
which might become a reason for them to work (Acharya and Naranjo, 2018). There are several
small kids who are responsible for their families' livelihood. In The context of the International
Labour Organisation minimum wages convention of 1973, child level means a work which has
been performed by children of early ages. A decided age by the International Labour
Organisation is below 12 years. The child between the age of 12-14 and hazardous work in the
age of 15-17 is considered as child labor. This is not beneficial for the child as it harms both
physical and mental development. In this report there are various arguments with support and are
in against of child labour is discussed.

No child's or their parents are willing to drop their childhood and allowed them to work
in order to fulfill the basic requirements of the family. The parents used to send their

students where they can have proper education and other benefits so which can be availed
by them in the future and helpful for the development of the economic conditions

studies. They cannot take out the proper time to study.
Exploitation of human rights: according to human rights it can be said that everyone has a
right to get education which should be free as it is the fundamental right of every child.
When the children are engaged in child labour the right of education will be violated as
they are engaged in working at the small age only.
Opportunities are less: it can be also says that when two children are engaged in child
labour activities then it will be difficult for them to get trapped out of the poverty
(Sinclair, 2019). And somehow they have the right to get education. Because of the work
