1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development,
and the transferable skills
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
It is a means that helps an individual person to access there quality and ability and
viewing their aims in living as well as setting goals that aids a individual to realize
and maximizing their potential . It also include all activities that are helpful to me in
improving my personality & awareness, helps in devolving my productivity , to raise
the quality of living and also to contribute in realization of their dreams as well as
ambition.
This has assist me a lot in my growth and progression. It will allow me to look into
the most essential region of self betterment in order to feel fulfilled in my individual
life. This helps me increase different benefits so that I can make my living
successful then before. With assistance of individual learning & development I can
figure out what I need to do with my future to gain academic benefit. This will make
my career goals more clear and well informed. As my goals are clear and
achievable and that will make me motivated to achieve them in effective manner.

knowledge in order to make my profession & scholarly line of work effective. By
development in field of skills ,it will give me a chance of success, achieve my dreams
and also to accomplish my individual and career goal in best possible way.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
Transportable skills are ability which are crucial and assistive in various part of an
individuals social, professional or academic life. Transferable skills are also know as
movable skills as they help an individual person in order to transfer themselves from
one job to other. It is essential for me to remember my transferable skills while
thinking to change my job or business. This include those skills which are crucial for
me to do various kinds of jobs in different manner. There are so many of
transportable skills that I have top develop in order to develop my professional
career which include opinion making, leadership, adaptability, time management,
organisation, teamwork as well as communicating ability(Chan,Tien,2022). Opinion
making is one of a in transferable skills that help me in taking correct decision in a
critical situation and predict possible outcome to find best manageable solution of
my actions. Leadership skill is another transferable skill which allow me to learn and
get knowledge about how to manage a group or a team to achieve common goals in
the best. Other transferable skill that is crucial is adaptivity is most useful and
effective skills that make me change with the changing environment that aids me in
doing my work in better manner. Time management is another important skill it
makes me understand about the importance of time and teach me how should is
mange my daily task and complete them on time. Organisation skills teach me how
to organize different resources with different task so that I can accomplish my future
day goals in the top-quality manner. Furthermore skill is one of most important
because it assist me to learn how to perform my task and work with my future team
in order to accomplish my future goal. Communication skill is another very important

transferable skills that aids me in understanding how to pass on information
to others in order to understand by different mode.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies,
personal life and the workplace
There are a lot of ability that i want to evolve in my academic studies ,
individual life and workplace so that I can perform some basic task in the
best possible way. This will consider opinion making, leadership, time
management and communication ability. These are some crucial ability
which helps me to make my professional career effective. Development
in the decision making so that I can make good decision by solving a
particular or taking some specific action for my future job(Elwood, 2020).
These skills also help me in taking important decision in my academic
and my personal life. Leadership skills are other important transferable
skills that lets you develop skills that helps you manage or control team
that helps me better to enhance. Time management is a skill that I want
to learn and develop in my personal life as well as in my academic
studies and work space this skill makes me better as it aids me to
organize my work with proper timing as some other important task
related to personal and social life(Miao2020). Other skill which is also
important is communication skill these skills will benefit my academic
studies and personal life as it will help me learn so that I can make
people understand what I want to say or convey.
