At university level academic integrity is important because it is
fundamental to teaching, learning and research at University.
It is important because it gives a peace of mind that work has
been done into appropriate manner and things will flow into
appropriate manner. It basically includes responsibilities and
strategies that are continuous fostering across community of
university.
It is also important in this manner that it allows students and staff
members a type of freedom for purpose of building creative
works, new ideas and knowledge while acknowledging and
respecting work for others. Academic integrity is important at
university level is necessary because it will ensure the cycle into
continuous form of improvement of quality for occurrence
monitoring and instances nature of misconduct at academic level
and also take action for addressing underlying causes.
It is also necessary in terms of university level where they have
taken steps to ensure that academic integrity is properly
maintained in arrangements with any collaborative partner.
Misconduct at academic level can be defined as the attempted action that resulted into creation of an academic
advantage at unfair level for members or oneself of the community at academic level. It is basically any type of
cheating that occurs into the context of academic exercise into formal manner. This kind of misconduct has
happened at University level which reports all kinds of incidences of academic misconduct. They also seeks to
ensure that they should be dealt into appropriate manner. The report basically consist of strategies development
for the students of game for avoiding the academic plagiarism and misconduct as well. The report also consist of
explanation regarding the game.
Frame the strategies for students for avoiding academic misconduct and plagiarism in order to design the
game
Integrity at academic level is important because it gives permission to students and members of staff the freedom
of building new ideas, knowledge and creative works while respecting and acknowledging the work for others.
At academic level, the university will also respond towards the misconduct into fair, consistent and transparent
way as well. A game has been designed for this purpose for avoiding the academic misconduct and in terms of
developing strategies. .
Instructions for playing the game:
There are five players in a team and two teams in a game. In this manner the game has been created into
appropriate manner.
There are certain questions which is related to academic misconduct with different coloured cards in a game
Within the team a member has to answer particular questions where student have to pick a card from the team
and if the team member gives wrong answer then their point will comes in the category of negative points.
Student will be awarded with five points within a team for each correct answer
The criteria of wining which has been decided for the team is that the team who has give maximum correct
answer then that team will win the game and another team will lost the game.

There were certain skills which were required at the time of producing the game while I was creating game.
These skills can be problem-solving, creativity, management of team, research, attention and awareness, eye-
hand coordination skills. I have to research about the questions while I was designing the game which is related
to misconduct at academic level so that I can create the questions into proper manner. I have to think about
members of team coordination when I was producing the game and number of team members should be there
within the team which needs to be decided into proper manner. It has been observed that for successful
completion of the game the team management is required. When creating the game it is important to have
awareness regarding the scoring points so that I can properly give scores at the time of conduction of game. I
need attention towards the game for this reason so that game should not be designed into improper manner. It is
important to have proper coordination between eyes and hand so that dissimilar cards do not get mix into
improper manner. While I was designing the game, so its necessary to have this eye-hand coordination skills

illegal practice which is a very serious issue which needs to be
resolved into serious manner. The quality of work has been
affected by the misconduct at academic level and the result
needs to be achieved on the lower score basis. It has been
concluded that there are certain strategies which needs to be
designed for purpose of avoiding academic misconduct and
plagiarism as well. In order to resolve the issue, a game has
been designed for purpose of creating awareness related to
academic misconduct. It is important to maintain academic
integrity at university level in order to achieve a clear formative
results.
