My university professor assigned a project of producing the game which main objective is identifying as well as avoiding the activities of plagiarism and academic misconduct. The game is
played in group so at initial stage, we have allocated different task that are related to developing game among team members according to their specialisation, skills and interest areas that
enable them to perform in most efficient manner.
Problem solving skills: As there are various issues and problems are raised during the process of producing game due to miscommunication and conflicts among group members that
impacts on efficiency and effectiveness overall process. I have analysed the root cause of problem than find out suitable alternatives that can resolve the problem. I have taken various
initiatives to resolve the conflicts among team members through conducting conferences and meetings. I put efforts to understand the point of view of all team members fining the
appropriate solution that satisfy all members and involve them towards performing task with efficiency to develop game.
Communication skills: Communication is the most essential and important skill that we have used in game development which is used to reduce plagiarism and academic misconduct. It
is soft skill that is overlooked by the programmers and technical folks. For the purpose of enhancing success rate of game, I have communicated the ultimate vision as well as idea behind
developing game to other team members that enhances common understanding and enable to produce game in efficient way.
Creativity skills: In order to come up with original idea of developing game of avoiding plagiarism and academic misconduct that is quite different from others needs to put creativity. I
have been creative ideas and concepts for developing game that make it unique as well as provides competitive advantages. I have conducted depth research to identify various aspects of
game and evaluate then on the bases of uniqueness (Weitze, 2017). Research provides information regarding effectiveness of game and interest level of participants. We have introduced
various steps to play the game and develop innovative plane to present it to participants that enhances success rate of game to identify plagiarism and academic misconduct.
Technical, IT and conceptual skills: These are the skills that are used by us to develop effective game of removing the level of plagiarism. I have developed conceptual aspects of game
on the bases of its aims and objectives. Then we have used technical skills to develop designing of game.
Time management and evaluation skills: As producing game for specific purpose of avoiding plagiarism and academic misconduct is quite complex process with having multiple steps.
We have segregated all steps on the bases of time that is taken by them to accomplished. It enables to completes all activities in defined manner on time that enhances performance and
functionality of game. I have taken responsibility to monitor all steps of game that help to identify drawbacks before implementation and conduct improvement process in order to
enhances efficiency of game.
