INTRODUCTION
Personal and academic development refers to the person's capabilities along with
potentials which are there can help in to get the better quality of life along with which can help in
the growth in personal as well s professional life. In reference to the hearth care there is need to
have personal along with professional development which can be very useful as personal as well
as for the society too. In this report there is discussion about the personal and academic
development which is there can be used in some incident which is there described by using an
acknowledgement model as the reflection. There is also chosen a topic which is there by using
the relevant sources for the arguments, there is also inclusion of the process which can help in to
identify academic piece of work. There is also interpretation of the qualitative and quantitative
data which are there present to identify the quality of article (Xiao and et. al., 2017).

TASK 1
Developing a portfolio of evidence which can show the development in academic study skills
There are different evidence which are able to show the development in the academic
study skills which are there can help me to get better in the personal and professional level. This
also can help me in to get better in the performance in the class which is there can help in to
learn many of the skills which are required to have the better quality of life. There are many of
the skills which are like communication skill, leadership skill, team work, learning skills, time
management etc. are some of the most important skills which are need to learn them in the
academic time. There are many of them which are there definitely can be use in the future aspect
either as the personal or in the professional life. Communication is the one which is there very
important in the academic which is to get connect with other. Communication is the key which is
there to help one to get connect with others and to make a good relationship which is there need
in the academic time (Vlachou and et. al., 2016). So it can be said that there are different skills
which are there need to learn in the academic time which are there can help in the personal life
along with academic time. There is also importance of time management which is used in the
every stage of life and there is need to learn such skill. Time management is the one which is
able to do the work on the given period of time which is there can help one to get better work in
the some specified period of time.

Reflection upon specific learning incident by using an acknowledgement model
I have different benefits due to having this skill which is during the academic time which
is going to describe there by using the Gibb's Reflective cycle. There was an event going to help
and I forget to enrol in that event in the given period of time. After that there were no way to get
my name on the list of the activity. Then I went to the director which was not ready to listen to
me for this reason. So, I requested him to give me only one minute to explain myself (Lampi and
et. al., 2018). I got one minute and due to having the better communication skills, I was able to
convince him to allow me in the activity which was going to help in the campus. There are many
of the examples for such type of incidents. Team work is also there an important role and skill in
the academic which is used during the project work when there were the assignment of project
work which was there to be done. In this process there were my team members were not able to
coordinating with each other. At this time, I have used my team work skills along with leadership
skills which made me to influence each of theme to work together and finish the project at the
given period of time. There was a time when an project work was assigned to me and at the same
time there were an cultural activity in which I was so interested and there was also examination
which was going help next week. In such condition I were supposed to manage the time because
each of the work had their own importance which I need to do at that time. This was the time
when I have sued my time management skill and mange all the three activities at the same time
which is by one by one as per the required time (Alkan 2016). It was too hard to manage three of
them at the same time and there were no any chance to mistake in such activities. So it can be
said that I have learned the experience of time management which is there in the academic time
which is going to help me out in the future as the personal level along with in my professional
level.

Collating an annotated bibliography for 3 sources including findings
There are many of the sources which are there can help in getting the findings which is
there on the topic of nursing as the heath care in this topic.
According to Lawrence. (2017) there is need to nursing which can help in to get the
information which is related with the different health care works like caring, cost management
along with there is need of determination of contribution which is there in the health care. There

is one of the argument that to develop the health care in the better way there is need of the better
care which is there by the health care professionals which are there can help other to get better in
the sense of health. There is also findings which is related to the healthcare in which there are
many of the things which need to take care about the patients. There are many of the things
which need to be improved there in the health care in which on of the main is communication
skills which is important for to communicate with the patient, patients family and with other
professionals. This can help in solving many issues which are there in the health care premises
(Hanson 2017).
According to PhD, RN, (2020) there is a pandemic in which there is need of higher
number of nursing staff along with different health professionals which are there can help in to
manage such type of situation which is there in all over the world. There is need to manage the
situation which is causing very stressful and becoming on of the life threatening virus which is
able to infect each and every age group of people and there is not any confirm information about
this virus which is there can help people to get over through it. There are many of the health
professional there who were continuously contributed there performance which is there in such
pandemic and there are many of the nursing staff have lost their lives during treating the infected
patients. There is finding that there is need of many of the nursing staff which are there can help
in such type of emergency situation when there is high requirement (Snow and et. al., 2020).
According to Nurumal, (2017) proper care of the patients is needed in which there is need
to provide the proper information to the patient and their family. There is need to have the proper
communication which can't create the misunderstanding in getting the proper information. There
is need to use communication skill to reduce such type of issues. By using the team work there
can be taken care of the patient in better way which are needed to play a better role as the health
care specialists.
Explaining the process which is used to identify the relevant sources which is for academic piece
of work
There are different processes which are used to get such type of relevant sources which
are there for academic piece of work. There is use of the secondary resources which are
generally collected from different article which are there can help in getting better understanding
about the topic and there are many of the matter content which are there in relation with the

chosen topic. For this there is use of the online resources which are article, different websites and
Journals were used (De Silva and et. al., 2016).
TASK3
Evaluating the quality of provided research article
In this report there is some of the evaluation of the report which is there evaluated by
using the qualitative research. In this there is use of the different websites as the references in
this secondary research. The provided research article are there which are there majorly related
with the topic which is there as per the requirement of the healthcare nursing department for the
proper care to the patients. There are some of the evidence which are able to full fill the
requirement of the evidence which gives the assure of the quality of this research article. For this,
many of the article has been studied and different articles have their words which was related
with the care and responsibility of the health specialists which are there in the health care as in
the nursing department. There are many things had covered in the articles like proper care,
sanitisation, using the communication skills along with the use of the team work skills which has
their own role in the proper care in the health care department (Cinaroglu 2016). There are
significant values of such skills which are related with different types of care with different
patients.
Discussing the relevance of findings to health and social care practices
From the above research article which was about the health care department and the
nursing practices which were telling about the proper care of the patient in relation to give the
best services which can help them to get in better condition. Each and every sources have their
findings which was related with the nursing staff as a part of health care department which was
there can help the patients to get better treatment along with providing better service to the
patient and their family. This can be done by using proper care of the patient along with listening
the patient about their problem and providing them the proper care which can gives the result of
better treatment along with care. Interpretation of those articles are that there is need of the
nursing staffs which can help the patient to get the proper care and make them easy to live for
good (Doran and et. al. 2020). There are many of the interpretation which is about the pandemic
situations which was about the roles and importance of the health care department in such type of
life threatening condition. There is also a interpretation that to fight with pandemic situation

there are the doctors who were also there playing their major role in direct interaction with the
patients who were infected with the virus and played a major role in the health care.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that there are different knowledge and
skills are required in the academic time which are there can help in to get the better skills along
with better life style. There is also learning about the using the skills in the life as well as in the
academic time. There is discussion about the sources of the article which are used in this report
related with the academic piece of work. There is evaluation of the quality of the research article
which are there used for the purpose of conducting the research.
