INTRODUCTION
In the development and succession of a person personal and professional development plays a major role
because through it they able to enhance their skills, abilities and knowledge successfully which improve their
performance and work quality (Alghamdi, 2020). Moreover for a person it is essential to conduct regular personal
and professional development on the regular basis because it helps them in gaining opportunity for grow their
career in successful as well as effective manner. Topics include in respective report are description of personal as
well as professional development, value of short term aim, medium term objective and long term goal with
examples. Report will also include value of personal development strategies as well as plan.
TASK 1

Professional as well as personal development or enhancement is determined as a plan or strategies which
a person set their goals develop strategies accordingly as well as decide outcome of the specific training and
leaning (Horta, 2020). Through this a person able to enhance their skills, abilities and knowledge which help in
enhance their performance in successfully manner.

get driving license, save money to spend two weeks in Maldives with the whole family and to lose weight.

are to receive British citizenship, to bring own company to higher level as compare to current time and stop
working from home and buy own office.
