INTRODUCTION
The term academic skill is a collection of core skills such as presentation skills,
referencing and academic writing which is more reflective and critical thinking (Jurkowski and
Hänze, 2017). Personal development planning is a procedure which is reflects to learning,
performance and achievement of personal plan. In this report, topics should be covered which are
named as personal and professional development plan, short term, medium terms and long term
goals, value of personal development plan, describe author, purpose, relevance and reliability
and evaluation of sources.

competence will need to be accomplishing in order to support their improvement and
