INTRODUCTION
Academic skills means to encourage students for become most efficient learners and

a organized procedures interpreted by a individual to indicate their own learnedness, their

aim of this report is to identify their strength and weakness using personal development plan and
determine goals in life. Several topics are covered in this report which is named as concept of
personal and vocation alteration, describe short term, medium term and long term goals along
with examples and discuss values of a personal improvement idea.
