2019). Academic skills plays an important role to motivate the students regarding with career

professional goals. In this following report there is discussion regarding with personal and
professional development that manage to gain more learning and growth within effective career

and Mackey, 2019). On the basis of career plan in this report as I have make my career in finance

The description of personal and professional development plan is describe on the basis of
procedure where the organisation and individual which better to engage for effective learning to
meet challenges and better desired goals. It is having different concept of personal and
professional plans where personal development determines individual goals on personal level
like improve soft skills, attain more complex knowledge about specific subjects and other etc. In
other hand, the professional development keen to involves within itself and plays an important
role of entirely understand about the concept for improvement purpose in career. The objective
of professional development is to focused on specific workplace or organisational skills that
needed to require in jobs. For this concern report, the role and concept of professional and
personal development is to scrutinise more career opportunity by the help of upgrading within
level of skills and knowledge towards learners (Foster, Wiczer and Eberhardt, 2019.). By the
perspective of first person personal and professional development plan is determines to making
career in Finance Management.

Discuss the value of short term goals and three examples.
Short term goal is kind of something which individual person want to accomplish and
also to do in near by future. Within near future it can mean today where this week or even in this
year where short term gaols wants achieve in short period of time. This can be the main reason
that short term plan would cover more plan along with more desired goals. In order to make
achieve overall targets there it is important to create proper procedure to gain better objective
accomplished within effective manner (Saleh, 2019). For example: As to make career in finance,
the short term goals can be measured on the basis of instant requirement like :
 Degree from College relate to graduation or post graduation.
 Apply for Finance related certificate course which can counted on monthly basis.
 Need to make more detailed understanding regarding Finance related course.
As per above three main example is aspected to be done within 8 months or 1 year. This above
goals are more important for my career in finance that would allows to provide me detailed
instruction to generate more positive outcomes.
Explain and elaborate about Mid term goals with three personal examples
Medium goals is one of another take bit longer where it could to goal be accomplished within
next two weeks or 9 months. These goals are slightly which is different from setting short term
goals and having long term. It will support hand to better analyse for actual goal in relation for
effective organise the information within early stage after short term get accomplished (Skoyles,
Bullock and Neville, 2019). This would be more effective for better successful completion of
specific objectives. For example: In the medium term goals are counted as for career in Finance
Management field such as:
 Prepare for basic knowledge about finance background such as searching about how to
make portfolios and further accounting related subject.
 Better improve the professional communication skills.
 Track about better platform to scrutinise opportunities for finance background.
On the basis of above examples are elaborated regarding with the major outcomes are needed
after successful accomplished short term goals.
Discuss about long term goals along with three examples
A long term gaols which is something which is needed to accomplish in the future. Long
term require time and planning to provide proper knowledge and skills in order to accomplish in

futuristic vision that need to complete in more than 2 months of time. It can be helpful to
implement for 2 months with time with academic appropriate manner in more depth, due to this
will cover about overall process within the step by step which require proper assist to plan a
good career in future. For example,
 A businessman prepare financial planning for making their product and services to
estimate budget in proper manner for long term sustainability.
