Personal and professional development is process of lifelong learning and managing
growth throughout one's career. It involves continuous learning and developing their skills in
order to meet the challenges and desire goals and objectives, it also helps understanding one's
area of expertise for career.
2. Discuss the value of short-term goals with 3 personal examples
Setting proper goals helps an individual in personal and professional development. Short
term goals are define as something individual want to accomplish in the short period like today,
this week or maybe this month, these goals plays a very important role in personal and
professional development of an individual.
Examples of short-term goals includes:
Improving communication skills
Develop confidence
Tracking monthly budget
Submitting projects a week before the deadline
Spending free time in studying or in the library.
3. Discuss the value of medium term goals with 3 personal examples
Medium term goals are define as something individual wants to achieve within time
period of two months to 3 years, these goals falls between the short-term and long term goals.
Examples of medium-term goals includes:
Finding career goal
Finding a good education for children's and helping them to grow
