is made up of core skills such as academic writing, presentation skills which involve more
complex skills such as reflective thinking. Personal development plan are consist of creating an
action plan which is based on value, awareness and reflection for personal development within
their career planning and self improvement are considered. In this report, personal and
professional development short, medium and long term goal along with examples, value of
personal development plan, discuss author, reliability, relevance and purpose and evaluation of
sources.

Concept of professional and personal development
Professional development is helpful to improving their skills to meet their better needs
for students. The main goal of professional development is to give their opportunity for learn
something new and apply knowledge and skills that will helpful to get better job. Personal
development is used to assess their skills, qualities and experiences that would be consider
setting their life goals in order to maximize their potential skills ad capabilities.
