INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development plan is evaluation of skills, knowledge and
competencies which helps in creating a development plan that can enhance personality and
career. Development plans also helps in measuring strengths and weakness which can be
beneficial for achieving short, medium and long-term targets (Allen et.al, 2019). The aim of the
report is to create a personal and professional development plan which will help in enhancing the
skills and competencies that can be useful for better career growth and opportunities.

Personal and professional development is an approach that focuses on improving
qualities and knowledge of a person. Various goals such as short, medium and long term goals
are set which needs to be accomplished by creating a personal and professional development
