Professional development plan is being the counselling and teaching to staff for having
the support towards the team. Professional skills seems to be developed leadership, managerial
etc. Which come from having the self developed skills and make the efforts for having the staff
delivering with many more better presentation (Lachowsky and Murray, 2021). Hence, this
might important in professional development of having the well-developed skills and knowledge.
Personal development seems to be important while for having the better future goals and
objective for which the person can easily make their growth and development for business.
Therefore, it might be also important for having the personal skills such as time management,
leadership, communication and decision making skills etc (Hinchliffe and Hoag, 2020). This
might be required for having the better expectation for the future in which the business and
personal development can make the growth.
Short term goals
In having the short term goals for being more personal development that could keep the
high value while for which that could be easily have their skills and knowledge to be complete
(Chapman, 2021). The scholar must required to keep their skill and short term goals to be
achieve while through which they can make sure about those thing which might be important for
them in making their skills to be having the high developed. The short goals can be have the
value and make their more sense. The short term goals can be:

 Improving more networking opportunities.
Medium term goals
Medium term goals find out something permanent thing and look for the full time job that
can easily suits on the profession or students (Rhosyida and Muanifah, 2020). Hence, this might
be also important for having the medium term goals that could keep the scholar for knowing
about the various thing. The goals and objective that could not been set easily for that the person
should be have some of the valuable for developed future aspects. Here are some of the medium
goals in which the scholar can make sure about the various kinds of skills:
 Look for the full time jobs that suits to skills and knowledge.

 Expanding more skills while by gaining work knowledge.
Long term goals
Long term goals and objective that could make sure about those thing which might be
