INTRODUCTION
The academic research skill is basically a special type of skill which assist the individual
in doing the process in detailed manner and methodical investigation into some area of study
(Gyuris, 2018). The following report is going to cover the progress which is attain by me during
this project and the actions which are taken by me in order to improve the skills with the help of
Personal development plan.
MAIN BODY
TASK 3: -
During this project different types of skills as well as knowledge has been developed within
me. The areas in which I was lacking off at the starting of the project has improved by me while
working on this module and this is the sign of progress for me. the targets which are set by me
for improving personal as well as the academic skills has been achieved by me. My
communication skills become strong during this, as I have to communicate with my team
member. At the starting of the project I was not be able to communicate in proper manner, due to
which I was not be able to express my views as well as opinions with my team members. But
regular communication with the team result in developing this skill within me. Along with this I
was also able to develop the time management skills within me. As my leader divided the task
according to the skills which are possess by me and my colleague and set the deadline of
completing the task (Basilio and Bueno, 2019). This assist me in developing the time
management skill due to which I was able to complete the task before the deadline. So, me and
my colleague made a huge progress within us as we are able to evolve communication as well as
time management skill which assist us in attaining all the set goals and achieve a successful
position in future.
Along with this I was also able to develop the different types of academic skill like research,
note taking, summarising and many more within me. Research skill which is developed within
me is very crucial for me. During this project, I have to made research form the different sources
so that me and my colleague complete the assign task in proper manner. The research which is
made by me is totally authentic and related to the task which assign to me. So this is a sign of
progress within me and my colleague. The effective academic English language skill helps me

out to write my opinion in proper manner so that task can be carry out with full productivity and
communicate the result in effective manner.
During this project, it has been analysed by me that I have to work on my communication,
time management and decision making skill. In order to improve this a person development plan
has been developed by me which is discussed below: -

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that in order to attain a success position in life

PDP plan.
