Smart Goals
Time management is a prominent element that helps the individuals in order to complete
their daily tasks and goals within the particular time limits (ÖZBEY and GÖZELER, 2020).
Smart goals is technique of time management wherein individuals classify and establish specific,
measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound goals in order to complete the important work on
time without any delay or inappropriateness.
Deep Work Technique
Deep work is characterising is as technique that focuses on the concept that in order to
accomplish tasks within the set time frames, it is important that the excessive concentration is
provided in performing the same that too in a distraction free surrounding (Träff and Östergren,
2021). The distraction free environment will enhance the potential and learning abilities of the
individuals and it will help the same to complete the task effective and within the time table.
Pomodoro Technique
The idea behind the time management concept is that an individual should take regular small
breaks in a day in order to facilitate free time. The free time can be utilised by the individual to
reduce the stress level and relax for some time. It is a technique where an individual work for
about some duration and then take short break for few minutes in order rebound and bounce back
to the work again. In the given time table, this technique has been incorporated and sufficient

breaks have been provided in between the work in order to establish an ease among the hectic
schedule of work.

the individuals. The respective module helped to learn a lot about the formation of a systemic
plan of action that can be followed so as to achieve and attain the set targets in a sustainable
manner and without any interruption. I learned about the value and importance of academic
integrity and the way it helps the students to enhance the relevancy of their academic work. My
academic journey with the respective module was very brilliant. I was excited throughout the
module process. Each and every day was very interesting for me as I learned various new and
innovative concepts and skills every given day. My listening skills have improved during the
learning phase of this module and I have become more patient as well. Listening capabilities as
well as patience is something that I have derives from the academic journey. The time table
approach has been very useful for me and I am glad that I stuck to the same and was very
consistent with working in accordance to the formulated time table. Relying on google scholar
was a good choice but I feel that I could have taken more help for the journal that are present in
my university libraries to enhance my understanding towards the specific concepts in a more
advanced and intensified manner. In the coming future, I would like to focus more towards the
utilisation of SMART objectives in my learning approach so as to underline the most essential
and relevant goals that needs to be attained. With the above determined approach, the module
will be completed on time and the learning outcomes are also enhanced to maximum. The
respective course has helped me to acquire very prominent insights in relation with an individual
can increase the quality and work and design the same in order to make it more attractive. The
respective course has also contributed in building my personality in a way that I am more
systemic in my approach now and I believe in time management as well. I more focused and goal
oriented after this course. . I am grateful to my University for providing me with an opportunity
that can help to encourage my academic skills.
