INTRODUCTION
Academic skills is considered to be as the task which in turn is usually made up of the
core skills which in turn mainly includes presentation skills, academic writing, referencing and
presentation skills. This also tends to effectively underpin the key complex skills linked with the
critical thinking as well as reflective practice. This study will focus on the creation of timetable
for the study by applying significant time management techniques. This study includes podcast
script and self reflection upon own academic skills. The present study tends to mainly focus upon
identifying the three sources of information i.e., freely available online information, paper based
information, and academic database information. Lastly, the study will determine how to
effectively uphold academic integrity, how to reference in a correct manner and how to avoid
plagiarism.

The time management techniques have strong role to play within developing academic
skills and focusing on growth paradigms which bring on keen growth efficacy among worming
commitment scenarios, prioritizing functional parameters to bring on larger innovation growth

The academic skills and learning gained form this module were highly informative and

This information is easy to handle and can be useful in gaining wide degree of information in
association with exploring the issues of climate change. The student must focus on effectively
applying the Cornell method which tends to focus on providing systematic set of format through

which data can be organized and condensed in a proper manner. This method is considered to
review and record the notes. It is prominent to effectively pull out the major ideas and concepts
in a simple and efficient manner. It also useful in effectively summarizing the key points from
the paper based information in a justified manner (Swim, Geiger and Lengieza, 2019). The
credibility of the information was considered to be highly justifiable. Where the author of the
book has used legit sources to gather relevant data associated with the exploring the issues of
climate change. On the other hand, one of the biggest advantage which is associated with the
paper based information source is mainly linked with the theft and damage risk, lack of storage
space and poor environmental condition.

linked with the data which has been provided over the internet (Hasan and Kumar, 2019). This
source is significant in effectively providing well reasoned theory, thorough, argument
discussion, etc. which is based upon the strong evidence.
Determining the effects of climate change.
Climate change is considered to be as a change within the average conditions like rainfall
and temperature within the specific region over a long period of time (What are the effects of
climate change?, 2020). The direct consequences linked with the climate change mainly includes
rise in maximum or minimum temperatures, high ocean temperature, rise in the sea levels,
shrinking glaciers, increase in heavy precipitation. However, the indirect consequence linked
with the climate change in turn mainly includes increase in hunger and water crisis, health risk
with rise in the air temperature as well as the heatwave, increase in the spread of pathogens and
pests., etc.
