INTRODUCTION
Academic skills mainly refer to individual students who learn and develop new things from
new skill addition into life for long term growth and future effectiveness (Roybal-Lewis, 2021).
This study will define time management skills with timetable for managing daily routine work
effectiveness. It will useful for demonstrate key resources which taken for this study for
academic skill identification which Gibbs model. Also, this report will discuss mind map and
Cornell note which represent academic integrity effectiveness and this study will develop
information of plagiarism and academic integrity explanation.
MAIN BODY
Task one: Time management
(A) Time management skills by creating timetable for study
Appropriate and effective time management makes more profound results and its useful
for manage time with sustainable manner and individual can easily provide time to their family
members, social work, games and many more. Without proper time management in study
impacts on sustainability and its badly affects on study because without having appropriate time
management it develops higher depressed in study because they do not able to understand how to
start study on exams (Kostopoulou and O’Dwyer, 2021). Therefore, its very clear that having
and preparation of effective timetable is very useful approach for management of study.

Its very clear that expansion of timetable is one of the most effective approach because
having study time table provide time to spend specific time with family which is very essential
for learn something extra from books or study. Family play first role n education, so they provide
social cultural knowledge, basic etiquettes, how to grow with maintain discipline and pay with
them for good atmosphere development and many more. So for the expansion of study time table
makes more effective result and improve quality of life with very effective manner. One major
term which is also important is physical exercise without proper study time impacts on play time
as well so its important term that individual concern towards with the proper time management.
Its also useful for other work commitments as well because of extra time between study break
time I can easily manage extra work as well.
(B) Reflection on mange time with Gibbs’ reflective model
Model has power to explain every stage of individual how face in their life for specific
skill or multiple skills leaning when they analyse its essential for future as well (HA and et.al.,
2021). Gibbs reflective model clearly provide my experience for expansion of time management
skill area as follows,
Description: I analyse when I study on school that I am not considered developing time
management but when I analyse that my colleges follow time table before 2 months of exams
and when I realize that final exams very soon then I feel that having time table is important term.
But from the evaluation and guidance of my tuition teacher decide to develop time table which is
very useful for my exams and I get good marks as well from utilization of appropriate and
effective manner.
Feeling: I feel very low and confused that how can I start my study for examination which is
very essential for my career. From the confusion and without appropriate timetable for study
develop higher confusion and I get very frustrated as well..
Evaluation: I analyse that its very bad experience of my life because I don't have proper time to
cover all the subjects within 1 month because of lengthy course but when I discuss with my
tuition teacher they provide effective guidance that develop proper plan on the basis of my

guidance and follows this with effective manner. So I feel good that I do have time to cover all
the course of my 12 class.
Analysis: I evaluate that its essential when teacher provide guidance for how to manage work
and study with effective manner. Its very essential when teachers review because they do have
knowledge an experience from long term (.O'Grady and et.al., 2021).
Conclusion: From analysis I clearly decide that I have to build time management skills which
are beneficial for long term growth and new opportunity expansion in my career.
Action plan: I decide to follow this plan because it provides good marks on my 12 class which is
useful for long term and for my new collage admission as well.
Task two: Resources and reflection
(A) 4 key resources useful for support study
Effective study can be possible when student highly concern towards with specific skills
add on into education. It develops improvement in quality of learning with new skills addition
and its beneficial approach for future as well.
General study tools: Application of internet is one of the most effective tools for learning on
any topic. Because internet multiple sites like Goggle, chrome and many more other develop
ideas and information with effective manner so its essential that student get learn search skills
from internet sites for new or require things study (Yaacob and Asraf, 2021).
Concentration techniques: Having appropriate concentration skills useful for better listing and
performance of given task with proper manner and it makes better results as well. Concentration
skill can be developed by mediation, create task which distract mind but try to develop stability
and develop practices of active listing that one time other individual provide instruction its
essential to provide and perform given task with proper pattern.
Online studying and distance learning: Application of online study skills is essential on the
basis of recent trend because of pandemic situation education or other multiple sectors get affects
from expansion of meeting and then discussion expansion. So having this tools its easier to
develop solution via video call, chatting, digital sources of communication and may more. So its
useful for professors or students as well.
Essay writing: Having this resource develop quality or essential skills in study It develops
written communication with good manner and it can be only develop by teachers or experts

within in completion of class projects. Essay writing is not useful or beneficial resource for study
its beneficial for career or new opportunity expansion as well. Because its beneficial for
marketing, human resource management, information distribution channel and many more.
So from the four resource study for academic skills development its very useful and it
provides log term benefits as well. I clearly decide that when I did my schooling that I have lack
of skills which require for study or future so when I feel that my teachers says that its essential to
work on writing, so I realize that I have to learn essential skills under instruction of teachers and
my mentors.
(B) Reflection on development of academic skills with Gibbs reflective model
Description I analyse from my schooling life that I have to develop multiple essential skills
from utilization of appropriate resource application like writing skills,
researching skills because I analyse that without having these skills impacts on
my study effectiveness. So from the school education and for the became
successful entrepreneur I decide that I have to develop both the skills for
managing more efficient work (Mello and Wattret, 2021).
Feeling When I don't have researching and writing skills I feel very down because its
require for information distribution with proper research effective writing skills
development. At the same time I feel demotivated as well.
Evaluation I analyse that without having writing skills impacts on email writing, project
writing, essay and many more which require for academic as well as future
growth. But he good experience when I realize that I have lack of writing skills
which I have duty to improve, so I decide that I have to develop writing skills
which is beneficial for career as well.
Analysis From the academic situation I clearly decide that I have to develop proper and
effective writing like formal informal written skills or effective researching
skills because having appropriate and sustainable skills has power to manage
various tasks with effective manner. And it makes effective sense for the carer
as well.
Conclusion From the identification of multiple aspects its been summarized that written

skills essential for growth and new opportunity expansion because almost
corporate sectors prefer form of communication with stakeholder for manage
work efficiency with uses of email or other essential sources which develop
good communication between two individual. This study is useful my career
growth and better communication as well.
Action plan I decide that I do have considered and follow this same plan which is useful or
beneficial for career growth and effective skills' expansion in career develop
new opportunities and it also makes more effectiveness in study or academic
results.
Application of this model makes clarity that which factors affects on academic
effectiveness and from the teacher guidance makes clarity that which essential skills require for
better study and for future benefits as well. Because when professors or teachers provide
instructions or guidance about how it badly impacts on powerful work from the all activities'
elevation I decide that I do have to learn multiple academic skills because of multiple benefits.

maintaining integrity such as; reputation and image, perfection in work, quality of work and
safe guard against legal action. Student should avoid illegal practice which can lead to failure of
their course or study program, giving contract to outsider to complete work and finding of
plagiarism leads to suspension of study process. Many universities take serious action against
those learners who found performing unethical practice, teacher need to be honesty mainly in
shaping future of student.

Academic integrity means act of professionalism allowing learner and teacher to avoid
any unprofessional practice during academic session, sometimes learner perform unethical
activities which impact their performance. This is fundamental of learning and teacher which
help learner to explore wider area of academic success, it is very clear that misconduct during
academic session (Ramdani, 2018). There are many cases where learner try different false
method to pass or complete their academic session which means with dishonesty become major
concern, almost every educational institution try to avoid academic misconduct by regulating
effective policy and procedure. Sometime many learner by mistake perform misconduct resulting
in serious challenges in completing session, respect of those students tend to drop because of
misconduct, it is very important to maintain academic integrity as this benefit growth of learner.
Plagiarism: plagiarism simply means copying work of others, there are many cases where
learner try to copy academic writing or text of other learner resulting in case of plagiarism. This
is one of the major misconduct in integrity impacting reputation of learner, sometimes teacher
also involve themselves in plagiarism work impacting their employment and image which they
have created with years of work (Randall, 2016). Learner need to evaluate different idea and use
those idea in their work because it is very important for them to perform their work effectively,
sometimes plagiarism arise due to learning stage of learner in this stage they are not prepared to
