INTRODUCTION
It can be sated that in every organization proper and effective recruitment and selection of
the employee for the particular role is very essential HR main role is to hire right people on right
time so that organization achieves their objective. It is very important for the business to improve
their recruitment and selection process so that hire talented and creative mind people so by that
they provide innovative ideas for the business (Bida, Abdul Majid, and Ismail, 2017). In this
project detail analysis about the cruise ship company on Board Spa BY Steiner that how to this
company improve their recruitment and selection process, different strategy for improvement by
literature and management report will be discussed.
MAIN BODY
1.Literature Review
From the perspective of (Treweek, and et. al., 2018) improvement in recruitment and selection
process is essential because employee is the biggest asset of every organization if the business
not improve it so it not hire a effective of talented employee and achieve the organization also it
can’t compete with the competitors by using the different strategy the HR can improve their
recruitment and selection process. First of all the HR should understand and identify what the
organization want and after that start their recruitment and selection process so that hire the right
candidate for the specific job role it decided before the process of the particular job required
necessary skill and qualification also the eligibility criteria so that hire ideal candidate. The
human resources team continuously gather the information about the employee so that hire the
most appropriate candidate. It is not the easy task for the HR it have to prepare a lot and then
start their hiring process. As per view (Abbasi, and et. al., 2020)against of this strategy that if the
HR takes lot of time for decided about the what the organization want so their have a delay in
process if they not lot of time and not prepare properly so it directly affect the company image it
is also necessary understand what organization but more important is not to take much more
time.
According to (Alansaari, Yusoff, and Ismail, 2019) they should conduct the higher quality
interview so that select best and appropriate candidate from the numerous candidate list they
should conduct less interview but its quality is always high. Those candidate who match the with
the particular job role so with them create good relationship and try to spend more time to
properly identify their skills by using this strategy avoid much hours for the unnecessary
