Reflection on learning
Personal skills: Personal skills refers to the senilities that help the students to have
positive interact with each other. The personal skills are also called as the interpersonal skills or
the people skills which helps the people to develop their personality (Rose and et.al., 2020).
From the learning I have learned many personal skills and there are some skills which I have to
learn in order to develop my personal skills which are as follows:
Strengths
From the learning of this I have developed my
personal skills which helps me to increase in
the personality.
The personal skills I have learned from this are
collaboration skills, problem solving skills and
leadership skills.
Weaknesses
The skills I was not able to gain from the
learning is conflict resolution skills,
communication skills, time management skills,
and critical thinking skills.
Academic skills: The academic skills refers to the skills which are made up of the core
skills which includes the academic writing, presentation skills and referencing (Jylänki and et.al.,
2021). From the learning I have developed my academic skills also and thee are some skills that I
was not able to learn from the learning which are as follows:

From the learning of this I have developed my

the knowledge.
I have learned about the cooperation while
having learning on any subject.
Further I have gained the analytical skills by
analysing the facts and figures in the learning.
My note taking skills and data analysis skills
has been improved by having learning.
Weaknesses
The academic skills which I have not gained by
having the learning is time- management skills,
research skills as I have not done nay research
while having learning.
My reasoning skills are very weak and I have
to also work on my summarizing skills.

Academic English Language Skills: Academic skills are the skills that used to provide
the training and qualification in the language and in the academic skills which helps the students
to learn with full potential (Lin and Magnuson, 2018). From the learning to have developed by
academic English language skills which helps me to have better learning in my studies.
Strengths
From the learning of this I have developed my
academic English language skills which helps
me to increase in the communication by having
good learning in the language.
In order to have good academic language skills
I have improved my readings and by making
the notes I have improved my English.
Weaknesses
There were some academic English language
skills which I have not learned as I was weak
in those skills.

academic essays and presenting presentations.
Learning and getting skills is the major and important part that the students must develop
while having the learning. Learning skills includes and describes the tasks which involved in
order to have better learning which includes management, note- taking, study skills and

personal skills which helps me in order to be more focused about the personality development.
The personal skills that I gained by having the learning are collaboration skills, problem solving
skills and leadership skills. I was the leader in my group which helps me to develop the
leadership skills. There were some personal skills which I have not gained from the learning is
conflict resolution skills, communication skills, time management skills, and critical thinking
skills. As there was no restriction on the time, so I was not able to learn to have management
about the time.
From the learning I have developed my academic skills as these skills which are made up

my academic English language skills which helps me to have better vocabulary in my learning.
These are the most required skills which helps me in gaining my knowledge in my learning.

Personal development plan refers to the plan which is the action plan that helps the
person to identify the weak skills which will be developed by having the target dates. It I
basically self- evaluation and self- reflection of own personal skills which the person must
recover in order to have good knowledge and skills by having the learning (Gaspar and et.al.,

By making the personal development plan it helps me to have the clear goals in order to
have better learning in my projects. It basically helps to have the track the progress that how

The reason for doing this research is to understand the concept of customer preferences.
This study will help other researchers and organization to understand the influence of customer
preferences and choices on the restaurant. It will also help in finding ways in which restaurant
can affect the customer preferences.

There are two types of research quantitative and qualitative out of which qualitative
research has been selected for this research (Argyres and et.al., 2020). Qualitative research
involves the collection of analysation of non-numeric data for understanding the concept and

There are two types of data collection method which are chosen in this research primary
and secondary. Primary sources of data are interview, survey and speeches. Secondary sources of
data are journals, books, articles and websites.
Sampling :

Rey-Martí and Botella-Carrubi, 2020). In sampling the random customers have been taken for
survey.
