be called as an effective student.
As per the view of Beecher, Strand and French, 2018 skills are Listening, Evaluation, Time
management, Presentation skills and most importantly all the soft skills as listening skill will
help the student in understanding the lecture easily and evaluation will help them to relate the
lecture with reality, presentation skill will help them to describe their learning and the Time
management will help them in increasing the efficiency of their work. Soft skills will help the
employee in developing the personal aptitude which eventually helps them in their study.

gathered with the help of the learning and evaluation skill and which eventually hampers my

Uncertainty in the mind of the other party, whether they are teachers or student (Chaux and et.al.,

Specific: I am very specific about the goal that I have to develop the Presentation skill and the
note making skill so that I am able to describe my view point more effectively and comfortably
to the other in the University.
Measurable: I will ask my tutor on the fixed time interval to evaluate the performance of mine
and give me feedback. Also, change in the remarks of my presentation will be the reliable
measurable method for me to evaluate the development.
Achievable: It is very important for me to achieve the goal I will give more than usual time in
practising the same so that I can develop it as early as possible.
Relevant: This skill is very relevant for me as this skill is proving as a hurdle in the success of
mine other skills.
Time Bound: It is my goal that I should achieve the goal by the end of the 3 month (Chaux and
et.al., 2016).
Why cyber bulling is illegal
As per the thought of Hebert and Hauf, 2015 Cyberbullying is the word used for the
incident of the bulling which is done with the help of the electronic device or specifically
electronic media. This is typically done by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening
nature. It is called as a illegal incident as cyberbullying is the incident which creates a very deep
impact on the individual as Cyberbullying creates the feeling of the distressed and dispersion in
the individual which can be the reason or basis of the individual taking any wrong decision such
as societ. Not only that it also influence the mind of the individual as they feel down on
confidence and never try to focus on the thing which is in front of them, as the activity of
influencing someone minds for the wrong purpose is illegal it is proven that cyberbullying is
illegal.
In the view point of mine as a student Cyberbullying or the bully are the illegal activity as
it always divert the activity of the student from their goal as a result the efficiency of the work of
the student is always hampered and as the main motive of the student is to learn the study and if
something divert you from doing that then it is illegal activity in my thought, not only that the
mind is diverted by the Cyberbullying, it also creates the impact on the student in such a manner
that it prove difficult for the student to come out of that very easily as the writer Mason And
et.al., 2017 has said that the cyberbullying not has one time impact it has never ending impact
