SUMMARY
Preparing for success is the set of skills that students need to develop, as well as ensuring
that it delivers numerous benefits or achieves both professional and personal objectives. Using
self-analysis, learners are able to assess what skills they lack, or which one would be individual
strength. Individual struggles to retain adequate records that further assist in evaluating results
between the person's modern and ancient performance. The twelve topics I like to talk about
many of describe me because they're connected to my career. Concepts include, for example,
formatting Skills, Literacy Analysis, Software Practice, Thinking into Character (TIC) and a few
other subjects learned in the classroom and separately in the community. TIC is a University-led
learning system to grow as an awareness and education. I selected the subject TIC because it was
the one that motivated me to set my goals. I made it challenging to excel in university without
improving a self-generated practice of thinking.
The next subjects I selected Skills in Formatting because it is extremely significant in the
formation of any assessment and other scholarly portrayal, and help me consider giving a topic a
perfect position. The instructor won't allow writing without adequate formatting of a task in
Microsoft Word. Despite this experience, when I have no access to Microsoft Word as the
specific editing skills, there would be problems. Such skills help individuals to get the job
what they want. Additionally, presentation skills are most essential which is not only beneficial
for students life only as assignment part, but also play important role in the professional life
where individual have to give presentation front of their senior authorities.
The Literacy Examination is the third subject I have addressed. I have selected the Literacy
Review as the study of literacy to encourage me to look deeper into another key issues and get
interested in the dwelling of opposing points of view. Without a critical study and having a firm
grip on the key problems, college success is nearly impossible. The sickest subject in my view
was software design, which is a crucial component of modern process of innovation. Education
system is becoming electronics-oriented, so students need to prepare themselves to accelerated
learning processes accordingly. The objective of this project is to compile at least 12 reports that
is connected to the knowledge acquired in the classroom during this module, as well as the topics
studied particularly subject to this module. The layout of this strategy is description and subjects,
each subject providing an attached document. These subjects help the students to improve their

skills and where they are lacking they have to adopt appropriate strategies to improve their
performance that is beneficial for the individual in their academic as well as professional.
MAIN BODY
Thinking Into Characters (TIC)
It is a topic that allows students to gain insight into a proper subject. The TIC subject
offers me an opportunity in order to engage in analytical analysis and cultivate the practice of
inference as result of implementing a proper destination. This kind of professional approach
allows a student to draw on information which is acquired from determination and hard work.
Reflective practice also tends to be associated with critical analysis. There had been occasions
and I had to quit working and start giving myself some time for self reflection and it had
established my sense of self-indulgence, self-conceptualization, and self-motivation. This is a
prerequisite which every student at the University will succeed in a module. My opinion would
be that TIC is among one of a main factors which makes an average learner an expert.
Formatting Skills
It is my second portfolio topic. It is one of a quite important activity of proper moulding of
a whole writing comes after each assignment or even other writing activities. As I find
formatting is a researcher or student's diligent attempts to create his document more manageable
and well structured. In general, students use Microsoft office as an important component of
composing editing (Pérez-Vidal and Barquin, 2014). This involves careful choice of the correct
font size, layout, correct phrase gapping, and proper graph placement and perhaps even the data
collected from different places. My opinion on formatting would be that students at universities
need to learn the art of formatting in order to represent their data in a correct and well
structured way. It is very important for a student or a presenter that his or her data is properly
formatted that it classifies various given norms of report submission of project submission.

Literacy Review
It is one form of research report is a review of literature or literacy review. A literature
review is a scholarly journal which introduces existing understanding to a specific subject, which
includes empirical findings along with methodological and theoretical contributions. Literature
reviews are secondary research data, and no new or innovative research works is reported. These
reviews are mainly associated with educational institution-oriented literature and are identified in
scholarly journals and therefore should not be confused with print books, which can sometimes
appear in same publication. Reviews of the literature form the basis for work in almost every
academic field. A limited-scope literacy review can be included as portion of a peer-reviewed
journal article which presents recent research, serves to contextualize the research design and
methodology of a published paper as well as provide background for user. In such a scenario,
an analysis typically accompanies parts of a work's methods and performance.
Software Practice
Software is a system set of data or commands telling a machine that how it has to operate
(Zaki and Yunus, 2015). This is contrary to a computer machine where the structure is installed,
as well as work is actually carried out. Software is all data which is processed by a computer
system, programs, and data, in software engineering and computer science. It is an online
documentation or electronic content, which contains software programs, databases and other
related non-executable information. Hardware & software machines need one another as it
cannot be utilized in a practical way on its own. It is very important for an student to practice the
software in order to have a proper command on the software and easily finish their work. I
learned formatting software so that it can help me in formatting my research and report so that I
can be independent instead of relying on others to complete my task.

Research Skills
These will be the capacity to perform research to collect and analyze the expert experience
that applies to the subject material. Research can help to shape the future and teaches us new
aspects that help to adapt and evolve new things. The web plays an significant role in performing
analysis and for that, it requires many skills such as preparing papers, analyzing competitors'
practices, designing innovative goods, introducing emerging techniques, finding fresh and
inventive ways to get stuff done and much more. It include the use of analysis skills and
equipment to allow various research methodology to be implemented, so that the knowledge
obtained from credible sources could be analyzed in order to bring relevant conclusions. research
skills which I have and it allow to developed my skills to get more research projects in the future
and will also allow me to do comprehensive work in the future.
E-book
E-book also termed as an electronic copy of a paperback version books that can be
accessed on certain digital equipment which facilitate e-book app or on a desktop (Divan,
Bowman and Seabourne, 2015). With increasing trend in development and evolution of mobile
innovation, use of e-books had also expanded, which teachers, research scholars and students can
use to read a e-book material according to their time and location preferences. I use various e-
books to improve my educational experience that enabled learning easy and enjoyable for me
too.
Group Presentation
A presentation is a method where a subject or topic is described to a public in order to
gather knowledge or persuasion about that topic (Starfield, Paltridge and Ravelli, 2014). A group
presentation is provided to a viewer by a group of individuals related to a topic those individuals
are engaged in, and a group which gives the presentation comply within the same points so that
they might give viewers clear knowledge on the issue. It can act as an efficient resource when all

the individuals involved with in presentation work in such a collaborative way so that a coherent
part of research can be produced and public can be well educated so that useful information can
be delivered.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is a representation of the words, feelings , ideas or phrases of other writer as
one's original piece (Tran, 2014). it is seen as academic misconduct and an infringement of
journalism standards. Works which are sanctioned as punishments, detention, school or job
dismissal, large fines and even imprisonment are subject to it. Case of "serious plagiarism" has
recently been discovered in academia. In the 18th century, in Europe, the modern definition of
plagiarism as immorality and originality as an ideal arose, particularly with the Romantic
Movement.
Blackboard
Blackboard is indeed a huge board with a polished and black exterior that is fixed to a
wall and has been usually used by educators which use it in order to draw or write or draw with a
chalk so all students throughout the class could see written material. The blackboard is an
important aspect of educational training because educators use this to instruct learners by
drawing on them using a chalk that doesn't require much cleaning which can be used to rewrite
on it after a duster has removed the information previously written (Morton, Storch and
Thompson, 2015). In educational institutions, therefore, blackboards are being progressively
used to facilitate teaching more accessible and productive.

Data interpretation
Data Interpretation (DI) is a method of organized data implementation and purpose-based
analysis. Data would be structured as specified by a person 's request for queries. Entities must
have DI expertise from an academic perspective, and ensure that they use it efficiently. n order to
make informed and better business decisions that are backed up by figures and facts, it must be
carried out efficiently (Ariyanti, 2016). It should help to improve business productivity as more
effective and smooth decisions are taken. It also helps to obtain a better understanding of
consumer needs such that company will be able to offer quality services and products which they
need, which therefore will improve consumer satisfaction. This also aims to spread awareness
about risk so precautionary choices can be taken that would help in successful business. Better
skills in data analysis can help me evaluate data of organization in an effective way that I can use
further to evaluate better knowledge outcomes.
Hayward referencing
Harvard referencing is sometimes known as parenthetical referencing, a referencing form
where partial quotations such as "(Smith 2010, p. 1)" are found inside brackets and inserted
within the text, either inside a sentence or after it. Therefore, Harvard is a referencing method
which is mainly used by college students in order to validate a details gained from sources by
linking it to a writer's work. Such a referencing style serves to create a work more precise and
reliable because then the results which are derived from work are fully validated when work is
being used by somebody else further studies. References from Harvard could be used by a reader
to find an information source themselves. It would allow me to derive my research from
a credible source that will contribute to making my research trust worthier and more accurate.

Academic key words
Academic keywords are known as an important words or theories which are used in research
study, while questioning research project which should be used effectively in order to draw
better outcomes (Hirano, 2014). These key terms are used so that clearer conclusions can be
obtained which could not be accomplished using phrases or expressions. There are about 930
possible academic terms that are mostly included in a broad variety of educational texts and are
not commonly found in several other texts that differentiate scholarly research from other works.
The academic key words therefore make the report projects more clear and use them to keep a
concept simpler and also more comprehensible that can help to extract relevant results. I've
learned all academic keywords that will help me to make my research programs more effective
so I can continue to succeed as well.
