INTRODUCTION
Every person adopts diverse types of skill which is conducted along with proper
consideration. The academic skills needed because it help person to generate employment or job
opportunities that help in achieving competitive edge. It is analyses that academic skill is
significant for student which is differ from each other as per which the student become employed
person. Therefore, the primary purpose of assignment is to increase understanding regarding
significance related to skill which learnt in module by students. This assignment provide the
discussion regarding diverse skill and experience which is encountered by student in this module
it is analysed that the student required to active in context of knowledge so they are capable to
use it in an appropriate way. It is assess that every student is active so that they emphasize on
enhancing understanding in respect of importance of module (Alshare and Sewailem, 2018).

What has been learnt in this module?
This module is important for a student that helps in increasing skill and knowledge of
person in proper way. The primary purpose of module is to enhance learning level related to
students that assists in accomplishing better job opportunity through analysing academic skills.
Throughout this module, I was capable to learn new things such as how to turn out to do proper;
the student can take decisions in specific situation by using academic skill. It is determined as
opportunities or chances for me to use in this module that assists in increasing academic skill
which is useful in boost my career.
By technical skill, it is useful for me in career growth and development. In assistance of
this, the other benefit & advantage which learnt with module in which they emphasize on
enhancing knowledge in respect of how taking higher education and acquire superior grades
without any kind of getting backlogs. Herein, the module help in taking various types of
situations that enforces positive impact on growth and development within upcoming time period
(Bonnard, 2020).
On the above-mentioned discussion, it is analysed by me that learning help me in grabbing
opportunity in order to explore new things within academic as well as professional career.

Discuss skills which were acquired
Skills are considered as a primal purpose of individual person which is needed to properly
improve that is helpful in achieving advantage in appropriate manner. During regular learning
related to model, there are diverse types of skill which is required to enhance knowledge that is
useful in career improvement. Thus, there are various types of skills which are given below:
Communication skill this is acquired by me in this module there are various tasks
assigned to individual person as well as delivering effective presentation to students by using
academic skill, I was capable to offer proper presentation as well as also focus on
communicating with other person in an appropriate manner.
Leadership skills I learnt in respect of leadership skills that its advantageous in boosting
career I was enhance leadership skills for motivating other person in proper way which is useful
for me in career. It is also assist me in influencing another person to execute task or work in
appropriate manner (Feldmann, 2016).
Collaboration skill I have learnt this skill in order to complete this module, they are able
to execute works in group that is physical and virtual. It includes proficiency in communication,
leadership and many more. It will also assists in executing work in addition with someone
around world which is useful in enhancing productivity.
Information administration in this module, I was also focusing on enhancing skill in
respect of information administration. The information is considered as overall thing in order to
interact through internet that is alive and growing. Moreover, the statistics is bound to
accomplish higher and growing skill is helpful for me in career growth and important in future
time period.
Analytical skill is determined as a skill which is used for extracting data and information
in different category to provide appropriate conclusion. It is considered as a significant academic
skill which is acquired through me and taking appropriate decisions by using information in
ethical way.
On given discussion, it is assess that it is important or significant for a student to assess
knowledge connected to academic skill which is advantages for accomplishing goal connected to
career in future time period. It is important for them to maintain strategy connected to future
objective so that it is achieved in pre-decided time period as it is significant for me to focus on
this type of academic skills so that it is possible for me to help my long term as well as short

term goal in timely manner. In assistance of this, my primary purpose is to improve this type of
skill that is useful in acquiring knowledge which is helpful for me in boosting career in future
time period. The skill is considered as a primary aim of person that is needed to properly
improve so that benefit and advantage are accomplished in an appropriate manner (García-
Aracil, Monteiro and Almeida, 2018).
Examine problems which were encountered in study of module and their root cause with proper
estimation
Problems are often occurs within learning and development procedure and executed by
individual person. There are various types of conflict which is presented that impose positive
impact on learning related to person. It is important to focus on problem that is resolved in
proper way which is useful in improving academic skill in an appropriate manner. Herein, there
are various types of problems as well as issue which is confronted by me and told to them to as
proper & suitable student. It is also analysing that there are diverse types of issue that enhance
understanding in respect of heterogeneous situation which enhances thinking skill and ability at
wider & broader level (Garcia-Esteban and Jahnke, 2020). There are various types of problem
that is confronted from me in this kind of module which is given beneath:
Technical issue is considered as a common issue and knowledge that is confronted by
student due to poor internet connection. The courses which are taken online required catching up
in addition with virtual class. The weakness of this is to do not control various things in an
appropriate manner. By off campus, it is not easy to keep technical quotes need that there are
diverse types of problems connected to poor connection that is confronted by students that
student is not able to understand diverse things in proper way. Due to have knowledge related to
technology and this is problem connected to completing module in pre-decided period of time.
Due to not having proper knowledge in respect of technology I confronted with diverse type of
difficulties in order to complete module in pre-decided time period.
Time Administration is considered as a complex task that which learnt as online courses
required time for executing work in addition with workforce. Moreover, the focus is on preparing
web based learning program related to time flexibility but they have time in order to take time
due to diverse commitment that it is analysed that the regular & continuous schedule is important
to set reminder for specific assignment. The time management is primary issue that is confronted
by student for encountering module in an appropriate manner. Due to poor time management, it

is not easy for me to schedule routine in appropriate manners so that it is not helpful for me in
completing work in pre-decided time period.
Possess theoretical knowledge but having low practical knowledge it is significant
conflict or issue that is faced by me it is analysed that the teacher emphasised on theoretical
knowledge as description in respect of importance related to academic skill beside how to focus
on practical life or achieving job opportunity. It is not possible for me to decide to take decisions
regarding academic skill which is advantageous for future growth. Their emphasised on tackling
practical knowledge that is significant which is needed to provide by teacher and tutor for the
learning encountered by student in an appropriate manner. The primal reason behind arising
problem is to offer theoretical knowledge as compared to practical knowledge (Gilbert and
Wingrove, 2019).
On the given or above mentioned paragraph, it is assess that there are diverse types of
problem that is confronted in order to complete module that enforces direct impact on learning
and knowledge. It is assess that the root cause & problem is discussed that offer clear
understanding in respect of different issue faced throughout this module.
How were you able to deal with difficulties what strategies were implemented?
As there are diverse types of problems which is face by me during completing this module.
There are diverse types of strategy which is adopted in order to deal with different type of
problem in an appropriate manner. There are various types of strategy which is implemented to
me which is given beneath:
Maintaining notes as duration within class, it was difficult for me to remember data and
information so that it is useful in preparing notes on continuous basis that aids assistance in
executing work in an appropriate manner as well as data and information that is acquired during
classes which is useful in executing various task in proper way (Quendler and Lamb, 2016).
Increasing learning in group I also emphasized on strategy which is useful in future time
period by which I was emphasized on learning with friends that is possible for me in increasing
learning in proper way and manage positive relation during the period of time.
Use theoretical knowledge in achieving career opportunity by executing strategy, the
primary purpose is to enhance my practical knowledge in order to boost my career in future time
period. In assistance of this, the academic skill offer knowledge to analyse strength and weakness
during the period of time.

Make a plan for overcoming from the problem that was confronted by me in management
of time, I emphasized on making proper calendar management so that I was executing my work
in proper way for making effective plan it is useful for me in handling time in an appropriate
manner. I was emphasized on overcoming from diverse types of problem by taking effective
decision. I was emphasized on understanding through overcoming from problem that is useful
for me in grabbing opportunities in future time period (Sin, Tavares and Amaral, 2016).
On the given reflection, it is analysed that it is significant for student in order to deal along
difficulties with appropriate consideration so that they are capable to analyse benefit in both
personal and professional development (Singh and Jaykumar, 2019).
