I will attend the various leaning and development programs that conducted in my collage. I will focus on
my weaknesses that I can identify them and can make some choice to get over from all those weaknesses.
I have done so many practices regarding my communication so it will improve my tongue. I have started to
spend maximum time in the collage so I can make myself comfortable with the environment. The
interaction have been started with the new people so I can work with the help of them.
I have given my self extra hours of studying to minimise my vocabulary and pronunciation problem. The
difficulties I am having with typing I have been doing writing practise to minimise this risk and to be able to
increased my typing speed I bought myself a type writing machine for daily practice. Combining work and
college I have reduce my working hours from 4 days to 2 days a week to have more time for my studies and
it has been helping improve and control my nervousness. This methods has minimise all threat I am
having to cope with my studies.

The Brexit have made some major impacts on the industry because UK is an independent country
so it can make deal with those nations which are not in the list of EU. Also, the currency fluctuation
made a negative impact on the travel and manufacturer industry. Due to different laws and
regulations in both areas the market values have been changed in both countries. Government does
distribution of funds for both countries, so it would be hard to manage this much budget.

The industry should work been under the rules and regulations designed by the government. The
outcomes from the negotiation can be seen in so many ways. Basically the argument for buying something
is the main process in the negotiation process. According to the law negotiation will give a better outcome
to the organization, as it will support the organization to buy the goods in less price. Negotiation is about
bargaining for any stuff with any other respondent and ultimately that will be in the favour of both sides.

This module have developed my reading and writing skills because I can see the improvement in my
vocabulary and my pronunciation of such words, those were quite tough for me. I have developed
communication skills with this module.
I have to work on my presentation skills, generally confidence goes down while I go for giving my
presentation. Personally I have to maintain my skills in my professional life as well. I have to interact with the
new people which can help me to build my confidence.
