learning. It assists an individual in becoming a more effective learner and also helps in personal

areas. It also helps in my personal as well as professional development that supports me in my
future career growth. Understanding of strengths & weaknesses makes it easy for me to

My communication skills are not so good,
which is my major weakness. Due to this, I am
not able interact with others and expressing my
views and ideas in proper way. It sometimes
creates a lot of difficulties for me. It restricts
me to share my opinions with others and it is
main reason due to which confusions takes
place (Becker, and et. al., 2014).
My another strength is good critical thinking My listening skills are not so good due to

in better way. It assists me in finding out link
between ideas and determining significance &
relevance of those ideas and arguments. This
skill allows me to make informed and logical
decisions to the best of my ability.

other source. By this, an individual records essence of information and free their mind to recall
everything. This kind of skill helps the person in making records of their own working which
will help them in measuring their performance continuously.
 For improving my communication or presentation skills, I attend various seminars and
conferences. I carefully listen all the things that speaker says and noted down all the
points that assists in improving my skills.
 I am taking participation in debates and other activities, which provides me an
opportunity to interacting with others, making eye contact and expressing my opinions in
better manner (Easterby-Smith, Thorpe and Jackson, 2012).
 I watch videos related to improving communication and also see English movies which
will help me in understanding meaning of various words and sentences.

 I also trying to make more conversations with my friends and family members which
allows me to share opinions, ideas and thoughts and also takes feedback from them.
 I try to give presentations, speeches in between large audience which increase my
confidence level and I get motivated to do so.
 Communication is not about only speaking, it is about listening also. My good listening
skills helps me in listening all the things actively.
