I developed my different types skills after performing various activities or tasks on
weekly base. Within a week 1, I learned regarding academic performance which eventually
develop the communication and writing skills. In week 2, I improved my creative thing that
facilitate me to acquire insight on the skills and aspects in related to the conflict resolution.
Within the week 3, I learned regarding the child labour as well as the reasons behind the same.
This support me to increase knowledge or understanding that how real working completed within
the world and in sector.
In week 4, I enhanced my understanding regarding child labour within supply chain
activities. Along with this, it aids me to gain knowledge or information that how supply chain
really working through the support of children’s. This enhances the awareness on practices
which required to avoid for moral nature of working or functioning. The SMART goals or
objectives created above within aim of further growth of a personality. Indulging within the same
nature of activities will should help in future regarding development of entire personality as well
as higher capabilities in same fields. Involvement of such development or growth will not be
inadequate towards the character but concurrently assist in growth of professional career too.
