The report aims to identify various academic skills which are necessary to carry out
various tasks and activities. Academic skills plays a crucial role in the life of every individuals
who wants to look for achieving success. There are several key skills which are required at every
point of life even at professional level (Anicama, Zhou, and Ly, 2018). There are a lot of tasks
such as project making, communicating with peers, debates and presentation of ideas and
thoughts. All these activities must be carried out in perfect manner. This report is going to carry
out study about some of relevant skills which is necessary to be on the top position in university
and get good grades. Also, how these skills could be developed in the challenging life of
students.

This is an effective skills for a university students. Notes comprises a short and under
stable summaries which are taking out from the key topic. Note taking skills are required in
order to learn the topic in simpler manner. During the classroom sessions, students forgets about
what the teacher said and what examples they gave to explain the concept therefore, in that
situation, note taking play a vital role in keeping an overview about the topic covers. Also, this
skill is vert important at the time of project making and gaining information from different
sources (Cook, Dearingand Zachrisson, 2018). Students research through several areas which
would create confusion to decide what should be relevant and specific for the topic. So that,
making notes in own language is much helpful.

defines as academic misconduct which shows that, the individual has copied some work. The
