Reflection
Description: While learning the different skills of academic I came to know about the skills
which are more essential to grow the individual skills. My skills are been improve and enhance
as compared to previous one, they are more accurate and specific as per the needs. I have learned
different type of skill from which communication, analytical and team-working skills are mainly
focused (Zhang, Xie and Li, 2019).
Feelings: I am quite nervous and disappointed while I started to learn the skills, meanwhile I
also have to learn those skills as these skills are required to enhance my qualities and knowledge.
My mind is also had fear of failure and not able to learn the skills.
Evaluation: As the skills are very effective to improve the overall performance for me. My
communication is being very effectively while learning and confidence is also increased, yet I
have less coordination so the team-working is lacking and my work is not able to complete
within the given time.
Analysis: As I have performed and interact with different type of people to improve the skills. I
also learn skills with the experienced person to know and get the best level of skills for me. I
have learned the analytical skill to collect and analysis that data for a particular field.
Communication is also effective with the learning and team-working is also being focussed.
Conclusion: I have improved all the skills and with this skill my interaction to the people are
also become effective (Hardianti and Kuswanto, 2017). Now I may also solve the problem more
efficiently and I can also make an effective decision for any kind of situation.
Action plan: as I have learned various skill to deal with the situations so whenever the situation
arise in can resolve them more efficiently. As when I will learn more about the same skills as I
will learn the manner to use these skills.
