Introduction
The entire report focuses on academic writing. In this report various steps of writing process is
being mentioned (Smith, 2019). Along with the various strategies of writing is also elaborated in
this report. This report also stated seven steps of research procedure.
Question 1
Writing is the procedure which has been divided into three main stages such as collect
information and material draught and draught again and revises significantly. The entire writing
procedure works on these three procedures.
Collect information and material
Think and decide
The first process of writing is that the writer must collect all the materials information and ideas
so that writer understands the overall topic and assignment. It is very important for the writer to
decide the topic in which they want to write and also gather all the necessary information for the
topic. Another thing which the writer has to make sure is that they must know who will be the
reader and as per the reader they must collect relevant information. For example writer must
know it is an essay or research paper and as per the topic they must collect information
(Mirahayuni, 2019). If it is an essay then the writer must select the topic first then conduct a
research and at last create an essay. Like the topic of easy is impact of covid 19 on retail
industry. So as per the topic writer will gather information.
Draft and draft again
This is the second stage of writing process. In this writer cases on writing and also arrange the
idea and collected information.

tested. This can be done by collecting information by the sources so that the researcher will get

In this stage researcher will collect data from various resources. Researcher can collect the data
from primary and secondary resources. For example if the researcher take interview and survey
of young students who indulged in taking alcohol and beverages then the researcher will get

information is known as primary research. It is little time consuming process for the researcher
but it will provide accurate result as per the need of the researcher. Another way off getting
information is secondary sources. Secondary sources state about the available information and

and newspaper and general so that others can also use that information. This is value point and
easy method of collecting information for the researcher because it does not consume time of
researcher. So the researcher will get accurate data for the research. Example if the researcher

Analyse and interpretation of data
In this stage the researcher will interpret all the data. Researcher will prepare various graphs
charts and diagrams so that they may know appropriate and accurate result. In this step
searchable assign meaning to all the collected information and also focuses on conclusion and
will implement various findings. In this process the entire data will be represented in the
mathematical manner and terms. As the data has been collected from multiple sources so in the
method of data interpretation of the data with that is standardized format and produce quality and
subjective information.
Communication result
This is the last step of entire research procedure. In this the researcher will communicate all the
results about the topic which they have selected for the research. For example by collecting all
the data and gathering information on the topic which is the use of alcohol and beverages by
young students. As per the research scholar will get to know how many students are involved in
taking alcohol and beverages and what are the reasons that made them to take alcohol and
beverages all this information will be gathered by the researcher now the researcher will put
