Introduction
The aim of reflective academic writing is to examine your own learning and display the potential
to adapt principle or logical frameworks meaningfully to your experience or job. You would
expect to become an academic writer, regardless of whether you are a medical expert, a judge, a
physicist, a professional, an architect, a lecturer, a historian or some other practitioner. This
involves challenging your daily work and applying new insights learned through your
work/research/study contemplation.
The different roles and Class exercises always made me appreciate where I stand and know what
I incredible in then I should work on what. I find out that I'm really social and understanding I
interact, adjust and develop relationships between manager and employee, And I will function
quickly and reliably. Some of me, on the other side, Weaknesses involve current or prospective
Poor writing or questioning and being staff members for me.
It was still convenient for me to discover my strengths. I'm a fast and fast learner A definition to
grasp. Some of the stuff I've been checked and achieved I've been really quick to grasp, but I
haven't had a rating below an A on Any review. In the different subjects in this semester, we
discussed I can be a down-to-earth boss if I need to be one of my greatest strengths Where the

team would love to come to work with me. There are few. Being a college student with two jobs
and taking this or other classes allowed me to think a lot about myself, friends and bosses. The
completion of the self-assessment pages with the review allowed me to understand not just my
achievements and shortcomings as a worker, but also as a boss if I ever were one. I was shocked
by certain aspects as the tests were often linked to my management skills. I always grasp what I
am standing in where I excel, and what I have to work for the different roles and events in this
class. I find I'm a social manager and an employee who's really understandable, quick to
communicate, adjust and build connections with people and I can do a job efficiently and
effectively. In the other side, some of my shortcomings include hiring or assessing current or
future hires and advising someone and myself on the job.
I'm a really good learner who learns a concept easily. Many of the topics in the course I was
tested and assessed were really easy to grasp, so I did not earn a grade below an A on all of the
examinations. One of my main strengths is that I will be a down-to-earth boss during this
semester in our different topics of class, when I would be one whom the workers would want to
come and work with me. In the rare times that I was a company owner for the day I was away, I
felt that my mates were functioning more effectively in a happier mood, who were also workers.
I came to the conclusion that I'm the Theory Y Boss, as I studied McGregor's theories. The boss,
Theory X Manager, claims workers usually don't enjoy jobs, have a lack of ambition and obey a
classical "command and control" type directive. McGregor claimed the manager, the Y-Manager,
who assumes that workers are able to work, willing to control themselves and to lead them
appropriately, are responsible and imaginative. I noticed that when I served as a boss, it seemed
more enthusiastic to staff. To survive my situation, I am identified as a good boss with strong
features in the capacity to be with my citizens after completion of "Self-Assessment

Management Traits." This leads to my first power, that can shape connections with several
people whom I work. There is a deep cultural connection between us all now at our job, which is
why I can relate to this subject. We are just coworkers; we remain outside the office all the time.
And when I began new work, I could really quickly interact and adapt to the employees. This
concerns the subject on which we talked in classrooms. The identity of companies is
organizational culture. They are universal principles and ideals that direct the behaviour. When I
ended "Self-evaluation 9: How Adaptable Are You?" "I have rated 47 in the high spectrum of
adaptability. My final skill is how I can work really easily and reliably and finish work. When I
know how to do things, I try to discover ways of doing work smoother and faster so that I can
accomplish it in less time.
In the end, it sum up in the not successful training' range. I can say when I’m coached a 3rd-
grade basketball team from my kid, I didn't really like it that leads The squad that lost the first
game and I took over the coaching post from my mate. Where one is? When I was to become my
department head, coaching was a huge position in my department place. To be successful is to
set the priorities of the business including employing new workers Do what it means to reach
them first. It helped me to identify my strengths and discover my limitations. In several features,
powerful boss has high consistency. I'm more like "one's master" A person's sort of "jack of all
businesses." It helped to take many tests per week
Find out all about me. I used my assessment answers to see what kind of assessments The boss,
the employees and the guy who I'm in reality. My primary priority is to step on with some more
accessible and social. I'm really lonely to myself even in college, and just Socialize around a
few people. This has to improve as a business major. I get once I realize I'm going to have to

communicate with several people a day when I graduate. If required, execute submissions. This
lesson helped shape me and set my own priorities.
Conclusion
Reflection is a key component in writing an academic paper. By reflecting on past experience
and feedback given I was able to learn and improve my work. I was given feedback from the
teaching assistant, my peers, and the Pearson Tutor Service. Despite having some differences in
feedback, each response to my work ended up veering in the same direction. The feedback I
received on each assessment commented on my grammar, sentence structure, word choice errors,
and organization. One suggestion made by a Peer Reviewer on my draft one was to use transition
words at the beginning of each paragraph to better tie my ideas together (Peer Reviewer 1,
personal communication, October 20, 2017) i used this feedback and added transition. By going
through the Academic learning about management which in lighted my knowledge and knowing
of management and how to define it. and improving my assignment writing, leading skills that made
difference in my practical and study life which set me in right path of success in many part. T his course
helped me to identify my strengths and discover my limitations in writing. An effective
leadership in several traits has good quality. Taking several evaluations, a week provided me
more comprehension. This has to improve as a student writing skills which are helpful in thesis
writing and article writing. When I graduate, I know that if I get a career, I would have to
communicate every day with several people and if appropriate, give talks. This course helped
shape me and set my personal objectives before I graduated.
