Corporate Social Responsibility is considered as the method of the corporate self-
regulation which can be integrated into the business model. The CSR generally functions as the
policy functions those act like the built-in and the self-regulating process where the business can
monitor and ensure the active compliance with the law spirit, the ethical standards, and the
international norms. CSR mostly aim to hold the responsibility of the business’s actions and
encouraging the positive influence through the actions on the environment, staffs, communities,
shareholders and the members of the community spheres that might be considered as the
stakeholders. This paper shows the impact of environment supplier development on the
organization performance and are examined by the survey method of collecting 314 responses
from the Turkish manufacturing firm along with 250 employees. This paper include the Partial
Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM) that was constructed for examining both
the reliability and the validity of the measurement as well as structural model. The result of this
examination indicates that the CSR is positively related to ESD and it has a positive influence
on the financial performance and the competitive advantage of the firms. This paper was able
to discover the larger firms which are most sensitive towards CSR. This article is most relevant
for the topic CSR because the (PLS SEM) model the paper have used for examining the
impact of CSR in the manufacturing firm, which showed the contribution of CSR in the
organization and their benefits for the organization.

This article helped me to understand the benefits of the Corporate Social Responsibility
in the businesses that are:
Increasing employee loyalty: I have found out that is by implementing the theories of the
Corporate Social Responsibility in the business, the business will be able to increase employee
loyalty. The CSR theories involve the encouragement of high professionals and maintaining a
moral standard by providing good standard jobs. All these facilities ensure the rapid increase in
employee loyalty.
Maintaining a positive reputation: The CSR theories helped the business in maintaining a
positive reputation that is generating the environmental consciousness, the social concern, local
community. The CSR theories helped in maintaining the positive reputation as this suggests the
business to focus on reducing the wastes, recycling and minimizing the carbon footprint and the
best practices that are producing the sustainable products and lowering the energy usage and also
supporting the business for maintaining the green reputation. Therefore this is evident for me that
the CSR theories help the business to maintain the environmental concern and also suggest the
business to donate for the victims of various victims and showing concerns for the customer’s
problems by helping the business to remain more aware in the modern interconnected world.
From this paper, I have gained the most important knowledge that the CSR theories
suggest the proposed actions for the top level managers of the business and the directors and the
executive for becoming more responsible in setting the policies and implementing those policies
to actions. This has been found out in this article that the CSR is mostly dealing with the macro
CSR issues rather than the micro CSR issues. Thus I felt that this paper should fill this gap by
involving more discussions on the various dimensions of the micro CSR issues and needs to

draw upon the range of the multidisciplinary concepts and the researches from the field of the
organizational behaviors, psychology, and the human relations. Otherwise, the article was
beneficial for understanding the CSR theory in various dimensions and the importance of the
theory in business operations. This study also includes the factors that the business can gain by
implementing the CSR theories in the business.
