newsletters are seen to be suffering from issues such as customer reach and cost. To curb such
problems social media is regarded as an effective tool in addressing the issues pertaining to the
limited reach and cost (Rodriguez, Peterson and Ajjan 2015). Therefore, the influence of social
media cannot be ignored. It needs to be further seen that the different type the contributions
pertaining to the social media has been seen to be relevant to the depiction of the study has been
considered with the potential of the social to bring about the market changes which are also

feature of the Facebook. Social media site such as Instagram is seen to be responsible for
creating beneficial platform to number of business house whose focus are seen to be associated
to the using the intuitive visual platform to publish the various type of the posts which are seen to
be relevant with the posting of photos, video and making the advertisement visually creative
(Trainor, Andzulis, Rapp and Agnihotri 2014). Pinterest is identified as another tool which is
used by the businesses. Although it is not as advanced as Facebook, the main featured of the
Pinterest is depicted with the use of the keywords in a post (Jussila, Kärkkäinen and Aramo-
Immonen 2014). The contribution of the social media to business has been further depicted with

The role of the data and business is depicted with the significant nature of reacting
