stages, each of which is explained below:
Description: I wanted to undertake a research project on a topic that I was interested in, and
then I was assigned this assignment, which represents my understanding of professional
practices, principles, and the purpose of ACCA. As a result, it was thrilling for me to do research
on numerous professional behaviors that might aid in the development of my future talents. I
learned a lot about research methodologies, writing styles, and content creation (Eynon and
Gambino, 2017). Because this study is based on a qualitative technique, I will have access to a
large amount of data, which will help me improve my critical thinking skills. All of this is a
component of professional growth.

Feeling: I was first anxious and unsure of myself in carrying out this study assignment. I
couldn't conduct research since I wasn't very good at it. However, this initiative forced me to
develop my abilities in order to guarantee a more prosperous and professional future. I felt
delighted and confident after I finished half of my assignment, which fueled my desire to finish
this research on time. Data analysis tools and procedures, I thought, had greatly aided me in
gathering data that I could use in my study (Moodie and Nam, 2016).

conditions around it, the activities taken, the responses to the event, and the outcomes. In
summary, studying ACCA helps me to enhance my knowledge and potentials for conducting
operations in a methodical and organized manner inside the financial department in ethical
methods that are necessary for adopting financial practices. During the training, I realized that
my previous learning, experience, and built knowledge base may play an important role in
boosting my performance and minimizing my shortcomings. For the purpose of honing my
ability to evaluate myself and identify flaws that jeopardize my competency.
In the formal world, my individual and specialized discovery is to improve concepts
linked to own practices by looking introspectively, as well as to inquire associate participants or
students for comments on my performances to get ideas for future growth. Personal reflection
assists in identifying self-characteristics and personality qualities that may be used to evaluate
desired future goals in more reliable ways. The key event analysis aids me in identifying new

professional experience, and I've also discovered that there are some aspects that need to be
improved in order to achieve a better professional identity in the industry. I want to increase my
awareness and ability to be in tune with both personal and professional talents via self-reflection.
In the field, my self-discovery of formal personality features and attributes aided me. Now that
I've aligned my actions and practices with my formal personality, I'm better able to adapt my
actions and practices in order to improve my learning. ACCA has given me with opportunities

and open access to people with promise, as well as support for my efforts in advancing the
highest domination, principled, and specialized principles. The ACCA qualification gives a solid
foundation, improved career possibilities, a comprehensive accounting education programme,
and assistance with business operations. In the event, I employed action research, auto
ethnographic techniques, and reflexivity as research methodologies. In addition, I've chosen
personal data sources such as a knowledge styles survey and a team role questionnaire to gather
information about my abilities and traits. Emotional intelligence is being chosen in addition to
self-awareness diagnostic personal data since it aids in the detection and management of
emotions as well as sympathetic concerning the emotion of others in the event. The ACCA
course idea will help me to study financial knowledge, through which I have tremendous chances
to become an important component of any enterprise, and my expertise in the sector would be
beneficial to the organization's progress and subsequent development. I am able to assist
effective future growth with increased personal and professional skills.
My strong emotional intelligence aids me in developing and maintaining relationships,
resolving disagreements, reducing workplace stress, and increasing job happiness. The Gibbs
model allowed for a comprehensive examination of the situation or occurrence. It became much
easier for me to convey my experience with analyzing formal professional identity as a result of
this. The approach helps me to see my activities in phases such as description, feelings,
assessment, and analysis. With the aid of the model, I developed a structure for learning from my
event experience. It may allow me to examine my formal professional personality type in the
future, confirming my feeling of achievement. In addition, using the model allows me to make
correct additions to my judgments about my experience. At the description stage, I characterized
qualitative research as a more effective way of providing specific and conceptual information on
the possible role of ACCA in developing formal professional behavior in addition to a person's
values. Conducting the study helps me to increase my knowledge and skill set for the position of
ACCA in order to boost professional performance in my chosen sector. The next phase is the
feeling phase, in which I have described how I felt before, during, and after the event, as well as
completed the study methodology and the whole report. It is also claimed that specific data
collecting sources are employed appropriately when conducting a successful inquiry.

I was a bit anxious at first, but after doing the job, I am more confident, indicating that I
can perform research procedures effectively in the future. The evaluation step assisted me in
examining the skill sets necessary to complete the job. I believe that my academic, critical
thinking, research, and presenting abilities have increased in preparation for future work in
related fields. I discovered that analyzing the efficacy of various data gathering methods reveals
information about their relevance. The last step gives an overview of the field and the approach
used. Working on the model at all phases aided me in determining my professional personality.
This allows me to assess my strengths and shortcomings when it comes to doing business and
financial operations in a firm. In terms of formal professional identification, I've learned a great
deal of information about how work is done in an organization, which is important for meeting
goals on time and progressing professionally. On the contrary, there are some talents that I need
to strengthen or develop in order to advance in my job. To interact correctly with people and
handle financial transactions of the entity, the abilities include rational decision making,
combining job demands with academic commitments, problem solving, excellent numeracy, and
solid technological skills, among others .While working as the company's finance manager, I had
to deal with issues including organizing cash, obtaining a loan, and delegating power. To cope
with the circumstances, I used what I learned in business and financial management classes to
assist me deal with them professionally and advise others in carrying out activities or
transactions using the resources available.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report, it has been concluded that Reflective practice is
