This research proposal investigates the availability of higher education for everyone, focusing on the UK and comparing it with other countries. It explores the impact of higher education on career development and the influence of income and personal desires on educational choices. The proposal examines how students choose higher education, the accessibility of such education, and the awareness created by universities regarding available courses and opportunities. It also considers the impact of costs, secondary education quality, and technology on student decisions. General framework
The education is for everyone as it helps to understand the approach in life and support an
individual to earn the livelihood. I have chosen the topic of availability of higher education for
everyone and the research will help to gain knowledge about the approach of students and
universities for having and creating awareness about the importance of higher education. The
higher education system and its requirements have a significant impact on the development of
career for the individual as well as every individual has the right of getting the higher education.
I have also found that people go for higher education according to the level of income and future
desires to choose a specific profession. Through, the research I will try to explore how the
students choose higher education and how easily higher education is available for them. I will
also look to evaluate about information that offered by universities to create awareness for the
courses and opportunities that an individual has for gaining the higher education.
However, I have no idea about the classmates as how much they know about the
availability of higher education for everyone, but I think the instructor has good knowledge of
this topic. Now, I have less information related to knowledge of the general population for higher
education and its importance for everyone. The consideration of statistical data for higher
education will improve outcome of research.

Specific focus
To begin the research essay, I will plan to gain more knowledge for the availability of
higher education for everyone in the UK and compare the data with other countries. The
information related to higher education systems of different countries is essential to gain a
critical understanding and identify the better availability of higher education for everyone in a
specific location. The comparison will also help me to conduct the research and understand the
approach of UK education centers for offering higher education for everyone. The research will
also explore impact of high and low availability of higher education for everyone and
opportunity for an individual.
I am looking to plan the research that would be beneficial for the students and people
who are having the desire for gaining higher education. The students have knowledge of higher
education course that could support in the development of a good career but issues like high cost,
poor level of secondary education and utilization of new technology for distance learning are
affecting student decisions to get the higher education through education system of UK. There
are enough materials and information are available on the internet to increase awareness for
higher education. Moreover, I will focus on the utilization of online tools and techniques for
increasing the availability of higher education for everyone.
The questions that will be considered for conducting the research will involve:
1. How the increasing cost of higher education affecting its availability for everyone?
2. How the demand and need for new technology influencing the availability of higher education
for everyone in the UK.
