The computer program can be easily be accessed by Blind or visually impaired clients
with the help of screen readers. The screen readers are computer software, which directly
assists the blind or the visually impaired people in using the computers. It can be stated here
that it acts as a platform, which helps in the aspect of communication between the user and
the computer (Guo and Bigham 2018). Each of the screen readers comes along with a set of
commands, which are unique. Each of the commands performs a specific predefined
function.
Part 4
Clients who are colour-blind can use the concept of colorbrewer. This concept gives
the user a diverging, sequential and categorical (which is sometimes binary) palettes that are
very much colourblind safe. The concept can be modified according to the need of the user to
fit the style guide. They help the people to identify each colour very effectively and minimise
the problem which they are facing (Laudon and Laudon 2016).

Few ways in which organisation can use ICT to reduce carbon footprint are stated
below:
Turning off the personal computers when not in use: Turning off the computer can
highly reduce the carbon footprint due to the factor that if they are kept on they
consume almost the same amount of electricity as four bright (non-energy saving)

Manage of PC power plan: Managing of the PC can be very much beneficial. Some
of the options which are available are stated below:
Option of power saving when the pc is actively on.
Turing off the monitor after a long period of inactivity.
Activating the standby mode after a specific period of inactivity.

Limited use of screen savers: It can be stated here that the use of screen savers can
be a part of personalising the personal computers. When they are directly triggered,
they can keep both the monitor and the computers active. They do not contribute to
any power saving options (Lazar, Feng and Hochheiser 2017).
