providing adequate resources to execute safety and health initiatives (Choudhry et al., 2008).
Moreover, workers must actively participate in the safety and health programs to understand the
potential hazards in their line of work. The workers and employers should also be vigilant to
identify any new risks and how to manage them by frequently collecting relevant information on
