INTRODUCTION
Managing accommodation service means to provide
value to the customers and to satisfy the customers.
Accommodation is the place to live or stay in. In the
hospitality industry, accommodation refers to the place
to live or stay.
Hotel, resort, hostel etc. are types of places that can be
classified as accommodation. Four seasons hotel and
resort is been taken.
It was founded in the year 1961 by Isadore Sharp.
