Hospitality refers to the relationship which is between host and guests. Hospitality industry is one
of the major industry in UK market where the 4% of the UK's GDP is generated by this industry.

order to run business.
Privately owned Model
In this model of ownership, one person or a company owns a hotel. The owner
has the freedom to make decisions regarding staffs, structure, management & operations
and profitability. In this form of ownership, investors can invest their money in these
types of accommodation services.

Leased Contract Model
In this type of ownership, the hotel is running as a privately owned but the building and
equipment belongs to someone else. Here there is the contract between hotel owner and
building owner for long term leasing.
Management Contracts Model

management team for their hotel management and operations and give them royalties
