INTRODUCTION
Managing people is the skill which is very essential for an organization in order to
manage their people or retain them for longer. Management should have this skill which
maximise the individual performance or productivity (Baruch, Altman and Tung, 2016). This
project based on Marcus Evans LTD which organization live sports, business, entertainment etc.
In this report, company have vacancy for the post of Account Executive for Sports Division.
Here company have to conduct interview process for the candidates and what are the experiences
they feel also discussed.

Account Executive for the sports decision. I believe that I am the suitable candidate for this job
vacancy because of my education which make me qualify for this post. I have enough experience
in the accounting filed along with fundamental knowledge improve my efficiency as well as

profitability. Currently, I am a student of Roehampnton University, London where I am enrolling
in business and management course.
I have strong understanding of accounting principle which make me able to handle
business financial accurately. Along with this, I have high level communication skill in three
different languages such as English, Italian or Romanian. Along with this, I have various
organizational skills such as problem solving, team work, analytical, time management,
accounting etc. I am ensuring you, if I am selected for the post of Account Executive then you
will find my strength in the field accountancy (Bennett and Bridgstock, 2015). I am very
passionate about my work which make be able to complete each task in well manner.
I am suitable candidate for this role because I am capable in handling day to day activities
such as engaging with C-suite. I have ability to build long term relation with others so I can
interact with clients. I have good presentation skill which make me able to present sales data in

I am working as receptionist in a company where I have to deal with various customers
on daily basis and everyone have different problems with each other. I am also working in a

When I was working in Club Quarters Gracechurch as Guest service manager that time I
have to manage guest as well as front office operations at the same time. I have to handle guest
queries and assist them as needed. In the festival time, there was huge crown in the hotel which
is quit pressuring to handle along with calmness. Hotel organize the event where they call every
guest who visit our hotel in last 6 months. So as a guest service manager, management provide
me this responsibility to inform each and every guest in the event and also take conformation that
they are coming or not. This process will take huge time and efforts which make me tired but I
completed before deadline (Huemann, 2016). I informed each and every guest through mail or
message which save my time as as well as efforts. Effective use of technology will save my time
as well as efforts or make be able to complete my task before deadline which helps in improving
organizational efficiency as well as effectiveness.
Tell me regarding any project which you handle and what are the others point of view ?
In my previous organization, I handle the group work where we have to manage a event
and make sure that consumers are satisfied with the food and the services which they serve. My
management team give me this responsibility to manage all the activities because I have ability
to manage group, creative thinking to make event memorable etc. Because of keen behaviour
regarding work or hard working skills provide me appreciation. Along with this, effective

ASSESSMENT CENTRE PRACTICE
Assessment will be done in the group activities where people perform their task and top
management evaluate the performance. At the time of handling event, I enjoyed a lot but it also
has some positive as well as negative aspects which mentioned below:
Positive:
With the help of effective communication skill people will understand my words and able
to response accordingly. Other team members listen my worlds when I am guiding them
and provide necessary information related to the event.
In the group task, it is important that every member is satisfied with the decisions. Group
discussion also provide the various alternative which make then able to choose best one.
Because of my strong work ethics, I am able to minimize the errors or mistake from the
event (Teague and Smith, 2015). With the help of effective communication, I am able to
understand client issues and resolve in well manner.
Negative:
In the group task, not every member actively participate in the event which create burden
on remaining members. For effective team, each member should be participating in well
manner.
There are various situations occur where team members does not have any suitable
answer regarding they actions. So it it important for team members to become responsible
as well as accountable for their actions.

From the above discussion it has been concluded that, when any organization have
