In my prior time when I was working as a staff member on Accountancy as shown in

found myself in some problem that how to manage entire thing alone. At that time I identified
new approach and through my critical thinking I resolve many things and also decrease the
errors up to 30 percent and minimizes the cost of the products from 20 percent. By
researching power I also manges the things in effective way and through collaboration and
good communication I can assign different work such that many of them become frustrated
for doing work and at that time I also motivates them so that they will contribute for attaining
the goals of the company.
On the other side, when I was doing the work as a senior accountant at that time also I
found some member of my team who are not efficient to do the work and even at that time
also I start motivating them so that they will help to provide good outcomes for the welfare of
the company.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was
the outcome?)
I had a responsibility to working with 4 departments at a single time such as
marketing sales and accounting. At that time, during a day, I go to market in order to sell
things and that time also I develop new strategies for the promotion of the product and in the
same time I have to manage the accounting of that company also. Even though, I faces so
many problems during such time and even messed up with all but still do the work in more
efficient way. I also make better relationship with my team members as well as customers too
and because of having such a loyal team I cam easily manages things. Because of having
effective communication skills and critical thinking I easily manages things in better way and
to manages the entire work in effective way I also start making notes so that I can manages
things in more better way. This short notes remind me that I have still some pending
questions which needs to be completed on defined time.
In this situation, I learn that through such a typical time I need to be more specific
regarding each and every work so that the work will easily completed on time.

From the past position, when sudden new tax rules are applied by the government and
at time the company was in trouble regarding to solve the issues and it can be managed by my
point of view such that be developing new software which will further helpful for the
company in order to implement new laws. My entire team workers are ready to support me
but on the other side, the owner of the company is not accepting my suggestion. At that time,
I personally appoint the person who makes changes in a system so that I can continue the data
entry system into the working area and as I have a good support of my team and they all learn
new skills and technique regarding new changes and in this way we all solve the problem. At
that time, by using my critical thinking into the working area and implementing new strategy
will help a company to run in as usual effective way. At that time the outcome are also
positive and with my team members I easily delivered the presentation in successful mode
and my owner is also accepting my suggestion.
